As debris rains down from the ship, Ethel (1HP) Avaria (5HP), and Ula (2HP) are unable to avoid the wood. Ula struggles a little in the water but reassures herself using inspiration from all the group has accomplished so far and manages to drag Ethel a few more feet from the ship.
For the moment, the waters calm, and there's no sign of the wyrmlings. No one saw them fly off, so there's a good chance, they're all inside the ship.
The jolly boat takes advantage of the calm to meet you all and drag everyone aboard.
"Where's the other one?" one of the sailors asks, looking back to the Emperor, clearly not wanting to linger.
"Don't worry about her. She's fine." Ula says.
Ula nods at one of the oars and tells Avaria to take it, while she takes the other. Finesse isn't an issue right now, getting lots of power and back to the Wish as soon as possible is.
Looking like a drenched rat, Ethel spills into the bottom of the jollyboat. Gasping, she makes no effort to get up, looking instead to the sailors. "Row, now, as if all our lives depend upon it. We must be back to the Wish, and underway with all speed."

Even so, if we can disappear into the fog before that time comes, more the better."

Back at the Emperor, the large wyrmling tears up out of the top deck, splinters flying, as it roars, before plunging back downwards again. The ship lists dangerously to one side now, the port side gunnel little more than 5' above the waterline. The ships final moments will be soon.
With Ula and Avaria pulling hard, and the crew of two handling the navigating, the jollyboat is along side the Wish and tied off in short order.
DC10 Athletics rolls to get up the netting before the Emperor capsizes.

"You're one short," Bigg says but then looks back towards the other ship. "Are those dragons over there?"
Taking it slow and steady, Ethel works her way up the netting on onto the deck of Xanthe's Wish.
"Yes, they're dragons. And it is possible they will be coming to pay us a visit once they are done with that hulk. If you can get us moving, caution and visibility bedamned, please do so."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bigge starts shouting orders before Ethel, Avaria, and Ula even manage to climb over the top gunnel. You get the impression he was already getting ready to get underway before you go back.
The ship starts to move causing Marrin to stumble in the jolly boat, which is being hauled up with her in it (DC10 Dex Save or 4 bludgeoning).
Ula watches the Emperor through the mist. "The top deck is taking on water."

Any plans besides rowing to the ship?
No.
Looking like a drenched rat, Ethel spills into the bottom of the jollyboat. Gasping, she makes no effort to get up, looking instead to the sailors. "Row, now, as if all our lives depend upon it. We must be back to the Wish, and underway with all speed."

Marrin half climbs her way up Ava and onto the boat before laying, gasping, on the bottom next to Ethel.
Coughing, she spits up some water and sputters,
"Hate... swimming."
She gives Ava's leg a thankful pat once the shifter is aboard.
Avaria let's Marrin climb her and is just relieved that they all made it on the rowboat without capsizing it. She takes the oar that Ula pointed out and as Marrin pats her leg, she looks down at her friend and smiles.
She plunges the oar in the water and gets it moving fast, doesn't want to be around when the wyrmlings don't find what they are looking for.
She wonders how they knew where the box was in the first place.
"Especially in rough water with undead and dragons...", Jan mutters in unheard response to Marrin's voice coming through from outside.

From the floor Marrin will cough again and say so Ava's hand can hear,
"If you can hear me in there Jan, leave the box when you come out. If you can."
Dragging herself up enough to look back at the Emperor, she'll check for draconic pursuit before taking a deep breath and saying to those on the boat,
"Those wyrmlings were after a box. Presumably the one we were after. My guess is that they'll be after us when they don't find it."
She looks to Ethel for confirmation as she leans against the hull.
Ethel kicks weakly to right herself in the bottom of the boat and then brushes wet, stringy hair out of her eyes. "I suspect you're correct, Marrin. She struggles to her feet and flails at the side of the Wish's netting for a bit with rubbery arms before sitting down again.
"And could someone get get me a crossbow. Please."

Marrin rocks with boat coming up, thankfully without her assistant.

She moves, still slightly disoriented, to help with the sails but doesn't quite pull it off.

Hearing that their time is increasingly short, Ava goes to help pull up the anchor.

But the wet rope slips in her soaking wet paws..
Letting Ethel decide if she wants to try lending a hand or not. And is Jan coming out now that they're back at the ship or staying inside?
Once aboard properly Marrin will call to Ava/Jan,
"Jan, you can come out now. Best without the thing, if you can."
