Khessa will definitely try to make some scrolls out of the trillimac! How many scrolls can we get? (Khessa is interested in them, but if someone else also is of course we share).
The food, I think, is of everybody intetest and gets shared among all. How many rations let those 10lbs of food us save?
Soon after they escape, Ebzer sinks deep into his own thoughts. We are free now. I have fulfilled my obligation to this ragtag group. Nothing is stopping me from going back to my old life. I know my way around the Underdark. I should just leave... But the human woman and the others seem to be in some sort of thrall to that Traydark. Has he cast some sort of long-lasting charm on her? He did not betray us... yet... but I don't understand why she trusts him. Perhaps I ought to stay with them a while longer, so I can rescue them when he eventually leads them into a trap set by his friends...
The duergar leads the marching order, carefully watching for enemies or hazards. He will participate in camp duties, and take his turn standing watch. He will make sure the drow are never left on watch alone, even taking a double shift if necessary to remain awake if only a drow is on duty.
Silas, now free from the drow, relaxes and becomes much more talkative and outgoing. Over the course of the four days, he spends some time with each of the party members, asking about their civilizations and their lives. He isn't pushy, but seems sincerely interested in everyone's backgrounds. Eventually, he gravitates toward Shuushar, enjoying debating religion with the easy-going Kua-Toa. He is genuinely looking forward to getting to Shuushar's hometown.
He gladly shares his rations with the others (he has 10 days of rations). When they find the Trillimac, he asks Stool about his people's dietary habits.

Probably about 6 scrolls, give or take 1 maybe. :)

When the tabaxi cleric asks Khessa about her life, the blonde warrior replies with a bittersweet smile: "My life before, you say? It was the best life in the world. Two parents who loved me. A multitude of siblings. A small village, but which was missing nothing: the land was fertile and gave cabbages regularly. Yes, I said 'cabbages'. Ever heard? They are the best food mankind has ever discovered... My family had been growing cabbages for generations! Not for nothing my surname is 'Cabbagefield'... I will prepare them for you, to celebrate, when we return to the surface world. You will be delighted by the taste! And that perfume, as they cook..." her blue eyes get a little moist - perhaps more for sad memories than for the reminiscence of the smell of cooking cabbage "Unfortunately, by now, that life is lost forever. Thanks to the drow. I'll do my best to recover what I can... That's what I was trying to do, as they caught me for the second time and brought me here. I'll be more careful and better prepared, next time. Anyway, there are also things that cannot be recovered" the tone of the tall adventurer is really sad now; perhaps it is to change the subject that she starts to ask her something to the other. "And you Silas? What was your life like before you found yourself here?"
I think Katryl wished to be our next forager; while as far as leading is concerned, Silas and Ebzer are leading the way (they are in front rank) so I'd leave perception to one of them...
Silas says to Khessa, “My father was an adventurer and his travels took him to the Underdark. When I was small, he would tell me of the adventures he had here, the creatures he fought and the friends he made. When I realized my calling, I felt drawn to the Underdark. My lady Tymora is a god of risk, so in honor of her I decided to take on a few risks myself. And here I am, surrounded by great risk! Clearly, milady watches over me.”
As you carry on the next day, discussing your lives and wishes, walking side by side through the dark passages, you start through a smallish cavern with a high ceiling. You might have just kept on going except that a sudden shriek comes from Eldeth as long tentacle like arms slither down around her, wrapping her up as a sickly looking grell begins to carry her back up and away!
(Everyone please roll initiative and our first action! The grell is going to go last in the initiative order no matter what.)
Katryl walks along quietly at first. It is almost imperceptible, but thin whisps of steam seem to come off her wet clothes. After Khessa's conversation with Traydark, she speaks in a low, quiet voice to her. "You didn't seem able to find your gear. I have an extra dagger if that would help?"
"Thank you very much!" the tall adventurer passes her arm over the other's shoulders as a sign of affection and gratitude.
(Does she feel anything in particular? Is Katryl hotter than a normal woman? Does Khessa get burned?)
(Katryl's skin does seem hotter to the touch than a normal human. Though certainly not scalding.)
When Silas approaches Katryl and asks about her civilization, she laughs briefly. "Oh, I've no familiarity with civilization really. I grew up in the wilderness with just my parents. On rare occasions we'd see dwarves from their tiny village not too far away. Even that was pretty isolated." She pauses a moment, "And when my parents disappeared, there was a kind dwarf family that sort of adopted me. I mean, I took care of myself in the home I always knew. But they looked after me. Very kind of them." She kind of stops there.

(OOC - This made me realize that Ebzer also has the "Wanderer" background feature: "You have an excellent memory for maps and geography, and you can always recall the general layout of terrain, settlements, and other features around you. In addition, you can find food and fresh water for yourself and up to five other people each day, provided that the land offers berries, small game, water, and so forth.")
(I guess I should have replaced this with Deep Delver at the start...)
The noble drow spends the first four days of travel mostly planning his eventual revenge on those who betrayed him with intricate details of their respective forms of suffering. He has Sarith closeby as he rests, treating him like a bodyguard, but taking care himself of keeping clean and flavoring his Trillimac rations. He eventually takes note of the tall blonde human's interest in his use of drow magic, smiling wryly as she vainly tries to practice by herself. "If you'd let me I could teach you something on how to use your hands." He offers the blonde warrior as they sit down to eat. "Magic comes very easily to the drow, but I'm sure with your conviction you will master it eventually." He adds with an encouraging smile.
As the talkative Silas asks him about his civilization he frowns at first, not sure if the tabaxi means he doesn't know about the magnificent drow, undipsuted rulers of all the underdark. "I hail from the city of Menzoberranzan. Not many of your kind has visited and lived to tell the tale I suppose. It is the pinnacle of civilization and the center of power in these parts of the underdark. Admittedly it is also a place of scheming and betrayal which is why I'm here instead of at the Duskryn palace back home." He explains, very clear that he doesn't intend to expand on that subject, for now.
Traydark initiative: 5

The drow servant leaps forward and stabs at the barbed tentacles with his shortsword.
Buppido is quick to recover from the surprise of the unexpected attack and aims his already loaded crossbow at the monster, aiming high so as not to risk hitting the poir she-dwarf... and firing.
Seeing the threat looming from above, Khessa realizes that the dwarf forager is in grave danger: "It wants to take Eldeth away!" she exclaims with horror "Let's stop that foul thing!"
The blonde warrior snaps with determination, unloading a hail of blows against the monster's long tentacles.
'Drop her, you kind of lousy floating squid!' she curses it in her mind.
