With the winged creatures gathered by the trap door on the roof of the obsidian tower, the noble drow points his black rod up at them and unleashes a ball of green demon fire that explodes with a low roar right above them to incinerate them all.
Cast Fireball 34 dex save 17 for half, placing it so it barely reaches down right by the trap door and should reasonably catch all gargoyles not already inside the tower.

Khessa, now that she is Blurry, confidently wields Dawn and the magical light traces rapid flashes while slashes and thrusts alternate.
The blonde arcane warrior focuses her offensive efforts on the gargoyles as they descend.
Meanwhile, she urges the Gauntlet's infantry to join her in melee as the gargoyles descend, to prevent them from swarming and reaching the less defended members of the party.

As the sounds of battle up in the tower silences, the noble drow orders his earth elemental servant back into sentry mode to watch for incoming threats as the team finishes up with investating the tower. Traydark would then make his way up to the parapet to examine it for anything of value as Horkas analyzes the magical tower itself.

I'd allow for that d4 roll to aid Horkas, meaning Gargoyle C goes down, and between Lulu and Katryl they take down the last gargoyle!
