You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you hit an undead with it, that creature takes an extra 2d10 radiant damage.
While you hold the drawn dagger, it enables you to sense the range and direction of the nearest undead. If you make a DC 20 Arcana check you can determine what kind of undead you sense.
As Arya has no Arcana skill to speak of it should go to whoever can use it best. You have to attune to it to get more than the +1

Well even when not attuned it is still a +1 dagger (attuning takes a long rest). Igneous would probably get the most use out of it until a final decision is made.
