Yabo is first up!

Yabo charges forward, his claws elongating in anticipation and his eyes go wide with fury.

The shark reels from the sudden attack from Yabo and thrashes about. 

Onizos, you burrow psychically into the creatures mind

Int Save: -4

The shark sees this tortle that just attacked him suddenly start bubbling and bloom into a swirling mass of magma. It's so convinced that it can actually feel it's skin burning for 6 damage. 

((It's restricted to a 10ft cube, but the others can come and go from it without disturbing the illusion))

Igreis is up!

Igries will move far enough to get a better view on the shark, moving his echo ahead so that it is next to the threat. Once it is close enough the shadowy figure will attack the shark.

Attack: 6 Damage: 10

As the echo enters the area of the illusion, it merges with the magma beast in the sharks mind. It sees a flaming rapier stab out of the flames and slice into it's back.

Confused and fearful of the magma illusion, it's going to try to swim away along the west wall of the cavern, circling around towards where you entered.

Igreis (through his echo) and Yabo can both make opportunity attacks as it tries to get away

As the shark retreats, both of you take a swing but the powerful swimmer avoids both. He follows the curve of the cave and arrives at the entrance where the rest of the party is. Finding Igreis he attempts to take a bite:

Seeing the shark take a massive bite out of her companion, Baetrix raises her crossbow, activates it's crimson rite (taking 4 damage) and fires at the shark's eye

Attack: 23 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Onizos sees his new traveling companion take a massive bite wound from the shark, and he resolves to kill the thing before it can do any more damage. He very much doubts he would survive a similar bite.

The black orb of emptiness appears over his head as he begins to mutter strange and disturbing things to himself. A black tentacle lashes out at the shark.

eldritch blast

to hit: 20.    damage: 8 force

He'll back further into the narrow passageway from whence the party emerged, hoping the shark is too big to fit.

Magical lightning arc's off of the bolt to the cave walls as it lands solidly in the side of the shark, but misses the eye.

Gan is up! If you'd like to use the guiding bolt you rolled earlier you can and it would be a hit, but if you want to change based on what's happened that's fine too.

(Gan'll stick with the Guiding Bolt for now - it'll be easier to help Igreis with some healing if the shark isn't still chomping)

Your bolt strikes the shark and a blue glow forms around it. For the first time it seems to be struggling and bloodied.

Yabo is up, then Oni!

Gan whoops as the bolt hits and hopes the ADVANTAGE it provides Yabo on his next attack helps the tortle finish off the shark.

Yabo surges after the shark, angrily slashing with his claws.

The shark thrashes in circles as Yabo assaults it his claws. The amulet tied around it's neck casts frantic reflections across the cavern wall that are temporarily dimmed as Onizos' black tentacle strikes down over the shark's head.

Igreis is up!

Map:

Onizos continues his concentration on the phantasmal force, hoping it can still swing the combat in their favor.

Gritting his teeth from the pain, Igreis will ready his rapier for a strike at the shark, aiming to end the beast.

Attack: 18 Damage: 13

Then as bis bonus action he will use Second Wind to heal for 13 hp.
