Duncan pauses his retreat, waiting to make sure that everyone is out ok, and instead just fires another bolt towards the tower, hoping to keep them busy, before again hiding behind a tree.
Kasbis grabs the document on the desk and the remains of the burned document, as many as he can quickly snatch, storing in his cloak. He eyes the trunk for a second, but thinks better of it. “Tempting, but no.” he says to himself. He moves toward the doorway and once he can see the woods to the east, he casts misty step to quickly transport into the woods, moving north as outlined before and directing his unseen servant to move with him, uncapping the eversmoking bottle to provide cover.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Kasbis remembers the path to the trail and continues to head north to reach it. He moves 30 feet towards it and he sends a message to Duncan, saying “I snatched some papers from the tent. The smoke is released, we are making our way to you, get out of there! Hide in the woods!” As a bonus action he directs the unseen servant Sezrach to move toward him 15 feet, directing him to move north and join him at the trail. (See owlbear rodeo) - the smoke has rolled out from Sezrach in a 60 foot radius.
Aisha will wait for Duncan to move so she can see what kind of condition he is in knowing he has been drawing fire. She's ready to run back in if needed.
Duncan, thanks to hiding behind the trees, has managed to avoid nearly all of the arrows, so is doing ok, and hearing the message starts to move back further, though slowly enough to ensure that the others are safe as well. Once he knows everyone is out he'll be ready to make a break for it.
Kasbis doubles back to get the bottle from Sezrach and then heads west on the road to the rendezvous point with Duncan and Aisha. We dash back to the exit where they originally left from, in the process leaving the enemy soldiers covered in smoky fog. “I got some papers off their desk and some that were burned, we’ll see if we can make them out. I need to speak with Elder Bruth immediately.”
With a bit of excitement, and not really out of breath even with all the running Aisha says, "I got the trebuchet and the battering ram both with a flask of the alchemist fire. It was a little scary how quickly that stuff worked. But I got in and out without getting hurt until the archer's sniped me in the woods." Hearing Kasbis' words she focuses and starts running as quickly as she can arriving at the point they exited a little bit ahead of Duncan and Kasbis'. (Aisha has a 35ft movement speed.)
The party quickly moves back towards Elder Bruth. The smoke gives the party ample cover to rush back. Soon the party arrives once more at the postern gate.
Right before they arrive, Kasbis pulls Aisha and Duncan aside, quickly showing them the document on the portly wizard’s desk in the tent. “It mentions an asset in the camp named M. Do you know who that could be? I need to speak with Elder Bruth alone. He has a traitor in his midst. Do you know who this could be Aisha?”

Aisha's face strains as she tries to think of who this could be, "I don't know, everyone I've ever encountered has been someone I've helped and I can't see any of them acting against the Enclave."
“Yes. So you have to shield me and allow me to speak with Elder Bruth alone. “M” can’t know that they have been discovered. We need to shut them down and I need Elder Bruth to help me. She will likely know who this is. Not a word to anyone. Let’s go…”. Kasbis strides forward to the postern gate, intent on seeking out Elder Bruth.
