Well all 3 of them are now down.  Do me a favor and go a head and roll 3 death saves, look at the results and then roll as needed. (I have my example below.)

Miles & Lobe come racing into Nightstone Having heard the bell now close enough to notice Lobe holds up a hand, “What’s up do you concede, I’m faster then you?” Miles asks breathing hard.  Lobe not nearly as winded even in armor looks directly into Miles smiling eyes, “Look around something’s wrong here.”

Both begin readying weapons and scanning all around...

They see the destroyed city, and a dead goblin.  The bells have stopped, and they hear in the distance the sound of an animal dieing then the sound of a person screaming. (The old party's death)  Then they see a single goblin run in the direction of the sounds of death.

Lobe calls out in goblin, “hey what’s the hurry come take us to the boss, hurry up we’re expected.”

Miles waits to see what Lobe is up to...

The goblin comes to a stop and then turns and runs in your direction, once he is about 20 feet away he notices that you are a human and yells, "Hark does not expect humans, excpet for dinner." He then losses an arrow at Lobe Attack: 10 Damage: 4, then runs 10 more feet away from you to the north east.

Miles shoots him with his crossbow.

Lobe, “Ya ouch dang.  Let’s see what all the screaming was about.”

(meta game) The two of you walk the way the former PCs went, and you see the the deadly area that your old PCs died at.  The Worg is still there, eating.
