Naru stayed ready but silent throughout the encounter, which he could not see from where he was. As things seem to settle down and it looks like a fight was avoided, he squeezes between the others just enough for his head to pop horizontally into the room.
The first thing he sees are the giant spiders lodged into the corners, then the orc standing on runes made of blood, and bodies spinned into web cocoons. "Nope," he says, slowly retreating his head back out.
"Good," He hops down the trapdoor, landing in the water. A giant spider follows after him, dragging the human-sized cocoon as well. The orc takes the cocoon and holds it up. After a moment, four creatures come from up from the water. Despite being a bit away from them, you can smell their foul odor. The creatures seemed hairless with their flesh decaying and mottled. The four of them begin to feast upon the cocoon as the Orc looks up, "Keep your distance from them, they're still a danger despite feeding."
“Errr, yeah. See what you mean.” Barkas follows further behind, holding a ball of flame in his hand to produce more light, and follows to find the chest they are looking for.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
“Do you prefer to stay up here by yourself?” Alabaster asks Naru, grinning. Keeping some distance from the spiders, he hops down behind the Orc, his long legs wading through the foul, murky water, which the tall human doesn’t seem to mind at all.
The party spots a cargo crate with a styled A upon each face in the back of the cargo deck. While slightly submerged, it shows its been through a been some crashes and sorts but still holds whatever inside.
Naru casts Dancing Lights to make sure that the area is better lit and there is nothing around waiting to pounce on us. The four orbs will move to surround the group.
The crate's lid cracks open and inside you see a blue metal box. Despite the state of the crate, the box shows no signs of rust or damage. Its rather awkward to handle the box as it has no handles or indents upon it. Even as Shafir lifts the box out of the crate, its hefty enough to make it a problem to move in a hurry. The orc look up at the new lights and then towards the party, "Did you find-"
The orc is cut off as the ship is suddenly struck and it lurches leftward.
"I have bad feeling. Lets get out of here as quick as we can" He braces himself and remains standing. Afterward he puts the box into his pack then heads for the trap door.
The water flows towards his hands as he uses shape water and he shapes them into an icy ladder. Shafir then climbs out to the deck above.
Alabaster finds his balance as the ship lurches forward. He looks up to see what's causing the ship to flail, but couldn't see much under the cargo hold. "Come on, let's go." The tall human says. He stands by the trapdoor making sure everyone else's made it up before climbing up himself.
