Brix sniffs loudly enough to alert the others to his presence. "I've been here the whole time." He says in a muted but obviously annoyed tone as if this wasn't the first time he'd been overlooked due to his smaller stature. "Please continue good sir. Tell us of this favor."

Leo gets startled "AH! Oh, it's yeu. Sorry about those comments on ye drink earlier."
Bah! Was needin' a career change anyway." Says Brix as he waves off the negative feedback. "Besides brewed that batch with some local ingredients. Need to tweek the recipe a bit. The grains a bit too bitter round here."
“Yes yes we are all gather here now, so please feel free to continue.” Silverstone brushes away any crumbs, shines a few turquoise buttons, takes a few deep breathes in preparation of a Firewater deal.
"The Scribe will do for now. So, I presume you want to know the location of the location of the Circle of the Stones and some of it's lore? Well then, let's start with the lore.
A long time ago, the circle of the stones was a great meeting place. Every 4 years, a dwarf, elf, halfling, and human would be sent there. Additionally, fey creatures of the summer court would arrive. There, they would discuss trading potential, and alliances. Indeed, once, this Empire was on very friendly terms with most of the fey. That is, in fact, where most of the magic in this kingdom comes from. Now, back to the legend of the Circle of the Stones. The alliance between us and the fey grew so strong that we even created a vault in the Circle, and we put dark artifacts of immense power inside. The story goes that one day the Queen of Air and Darkness heard of this Circle, and sent a large force of hags to interrupt. Many lives were lost that day, and the fey blamed the attack on us although thankfully the vault remained undisturbed. They made sure that the location of the Circle was lost to us, for they believed that we would try to unleash the artifact upon them."
The hill dwarf pauses, snaps his fingers, and a cup of tea appears. He takes a sip and continues.
"Well, turns out, the location isn't completely lost. Upon hearing that the fey were erasing the memories of everyone who'd every heard of the Circle of the Stone, the Kejsare(ruler of the Empire) decided to store the information in a scroll. This scroll was extremely secret, and even most royalty doesn't know it exists."

No, I said the location of the location of the circle, which is New Basin, in the Royal Library.. I myself would go to find out, but--
The door bursts open and 5 humanoids storm into the library. They each wear masks; 4 of the masks are blank, but the one in front has a black stripe down his mask. The rest of their bodies are obscured by black robes, and the leader shouts: "Take the ones the acolyte wanted!". He himself shoots a beam of orange light, but before it does anything the Scribe grunts in concentration and the orange beam disappears.

"Aye, sounds good. What say the rest of ye?"

Leo gets startled "AH! Oh, it's yeu. Sorry about those comments on ye drink earlier."
Norr reaches out to put a hand on Brix’s shoulder in commiseration, briefly.
He nods at the hill dwarf.
“Indeed. A worthy trade. What is your name, old man? Or is Scribe more than a title now?”
Bah! Was needin' a career change anyway." Says Brix as he waves off the negative feedback. "Besides brewed that batch with some local ingredients. Need to tweek the recipe a bit. The grains a bit too bitter round here."

"Aye, should we even do that? I agree with Casrian that we don't need such formality."

As the Scribe finishes talking, everybody but Dolmek Silverstone hears hushed voices. Nobody except for Casrian can figure out what they're saying.
What they're saying:
Commanding Voice: Is this the group that acolyte recruited?
Other Voice 1: Yeah, pretty sure.
Other Voice 2: Shouldn't we have killed him already?
Commanding Voice: That comes later. Get ready to break in.
Other Voices 1,2,3,4: Okay, let's go.

"Aye, interesting. Confusing, but interesting."
Leo thinks nothing of the hushed voices, since it is a library after all. People usually are quiet in libraries.
The scribe, the Kejsare, Queen of Air & Darkness, large force of hags...
Dolmek listens intently jogging his memory for any scrap of historical references.

I don’t know anything about any 4d4 I hit the die roller for 1d20 without any modifier since I have +0 initiative
if you want to disregard it I can try rolling on the character sheet.
