Oops, sorry.  Go ahead.  Also, Raiden, you can go as well (whoever responds first, Raiden or Tamashi, will go first)

"Ugh... He's too fast... And I don't want to get the crowd in the crossfire..." Raiden groans as he front flips off the roof and runs in the direction Trey dashed. "Flank him, somebody! Cover any blindspots he can escape from!"

Okay, that's just enough.  You lash out with your whip, drawing gasps from the crowd, and it slashes him across the back.  He topples forward sliding almost ten feet before coming to a gradual stop.  He doesn't move again, though you can tell he's still alive (at least, I assume that was nonlethal damage).  The shocked cries of the crowd hang on the night air.  We're now out of initiative.

GR, could you please remove those two people from the campaign? They're down at the bottom in "unassigned".

Trey sheaths his sword and moves in, crouches over him and checks his condition, rendering basic aid if he's dying, otherwise pulling away the mask in the process to get a good look at this person.

"Who do we have here?"

Jorman walks over to the downed elf and looks at the others and the elf “Hello there. My name is Jorman. I have no idea why this elf attacked me or why you were chasing him…perhaps someone has an answer?” 

Tamashi ties them up and bandages their wounds. When they wake I start asking questions about who and why.

"We chased him for the same reason as you, he attacked us." Trey looks up at Jorman. "But whoever his target was, his mistake was none of us was alone."

Trey, you see the gem on forehead glow bright green, then shatter.  Green veins spread out from the spot where it was.  The elf twitches and lies dead.

(I don't expect it to work, it doesn't help against damage already done, but he's caught up in the moment and tries anyway)

As the green streaks through the man, Trey burns 5 points of his Lay on Hands to neutralize poison, in a desperate attempt to prevent the inevitable. 

"By the gods... a suicide pact? Shit." Looking around at the crowd of people Trey sighs "Well, this just got... incriminating."

Jor bends over the elf and inspects the green gem that shattered. He suspects poison to prevent being captured but checks to see for sure. (Nature check 25 in log)

The crowd is about two steps from freakout.  You see a few onlookers run off.  A woman wearing a dark grey cloak and a large conical straw hat that conceals her face in shadow pushes her way through the mass of people.  You can see that she is a very pretty young elf with black hair and an especially large purple gem in her forehead.  "You need to come with me," she says in an undertone, so that you all are the only ones who can hear.  "Quickly, before those people find some guards that aren't busy."

"Zak..." The bugbear gives a half-assed introduction  as he stares from the dead shinobi, then to the newcomers, then back to the shinobi. "Incriminating is an understatement. Wait... wait, where are you going?" Extremely confused and given no time to think---a luxury he has gotten used to in his 25 years of life in ekhaya---he follows the new elf to wherever she will lead them.
