As you had to jump down into the green hallway, the door is (or was) flush with the ground. The tentacles that smashed through the door, retracted when hit with Hakan's Toll the Dead. There is no target, at the moment. Your actions will execute in the sequence of Initiative.
For the fire, I assume you used your shirt. You also have hemp rope which would work similarly if you find another accelerant.
OK, I'll move Yom up front. It made sense to me as Yom had an initiative of 4 and Hakan was up front in the initiative and had a held action, but you had warning to be prepared as you like. I also forgot Kosh. He hasn't responded for a bit, but life happens. I'll put him in the room.
Current Battle MapPlease note that the scale is 10 feet per square. Thus, the hallway is 5 feet wide. The Ceiling is 10 feet tall. From the entrance to the figurine is about 40 feet.
The large carnivorous plants crawl into the hall, one walking on the the ceiling of the room; the other moves along the floor making popping clicking noises. Two more smaller plants climb along the walls.
The large one on the ceiling rears up and lashes out with a long sticky tendril at Hakan, like a frog snatching a fly. The plant along the floor batters Ronin with it's branches. The smaller ones look on.
Hakan, please make a Dex save DC 11
Bonus Action: The aartuk tries to use its gooey tongue to snare one Medium or smaller creature it can see within 30 feet of itself. The target must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target is grappled by the tongue (escape DC 12) and pulled up to 25 feet toward the aartuk.
Ronin is attacked by two branch attacks
First Attack: 11
Second Attack: 19
Note: Main Action for Large aartuk, and all actions of smaller aartuk are held depending on the results of the save.
OOC: On this turn, is my current action resolve? if so, is it possible to change targets?
Ronin takes the second attack by the branch...
AC :18

Yes, you can change your previously described actions to fit the new circumstance. This is especially true in the rare cases where the monsters win initiative and change the battle field. It is a compromise of convenience to post your action early. (If the new action still needs rolled attacks, we will keep the first set of numbers).
It keeps the game moving. In another pbp that I pay in as a character, we wait for our turn to post an action. It is cleaner but battles take much longer. There is evolution to make this as fast and fun as pbp can be.
From the ceiling, a long tongue shoots from a hole around the monster's head. It attaches, sticking to Hakan’s bullet proof vest. Then, it begins to pull you back toward it.
Ronin and Yom you can take your reaction action move to grab ahold of Hakan as he is being pulled away. This would take a spare hand. If one of your hands is occupied, this reaction doesn’t apply to you. You can drop your weapon as a bonus action.

Is this accurate positioning for the battle that is to follow?
Alien tentacles descend to the floor, and two green plant like starfish covered with thick, flexible bark crawl toward you. Two more smaller ones poke their heads in to the hall from above.
Abrax freezes a chunk of vegetable brittle from the on coming swamp of roots and tendrils.
Hakan calls forth Kit next to the tentacles and away from everyone else (DEX 14 Save or take 7 fire damage.)
Bonus Action he calls Kit to teleport to his side (DEC 14 Save or take 8 fire damage)
