((Awaiting as in holding off on for some reason? Or is he more than 30' from where the fight's happening? In which case he'd only be running in and drawing his rapier.))
Khond responds to the elf, also in elvish,
"Invoke our authority? You seriously think we can just shout at this thing and it will leave?"

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nuria's strike barely grazes the fleshy mass, dealing 7. As that happens, Khond briefly gives what sounds like an indignant response to the elf in elvish, to which the elf responds in a still rather monotone voice.
(Can you understand Elvish?)
"Yes. Or you could just tell it to die."
"...Stop it's suffering."
The elf turns to look at the fleshy mass in between sentences, and some of its eyes seem to fixate upon him with malice in turn- Though, before anything else could happen, a cat man speaks up.
"Rick can go get the useful things for Mouth Monster and new elf. Can Mouth Monster and new elf tell Rick where useful things are?"
In turn, the beast violently shudders, and some of the mostly incomprehensible noises make it quite evident that it obviously doesn't want to respond, at least one "Traitor!" likely dedicated in his direction.
And yet, at least some of the voices seem compelled to answer.
"Tower refueled... Eat all the fuel..." "Closed compartment, more to eat..."
(Oren, please give me a wisdom AND a dexterity save, please.)
"I tried telling it to stand down and fighting isn't required, before the fight started. It called me a liar. I somehow imagine this thing won't just pleasantly listen to instructions."

The elf gives one more response to Khond for the time being:
(Elvish?)
"It wouldn't be willingly. I think it worked for your friend there. Hard to say, this vessel does not understand him."
Oren feels the voices start to drone in his mind again, but manages to control his faculties this time around- Only to realize that the goop on his legs has now clung tight, and he is completely unable to move.
Though that doesn't matter that much for the prospect of smacking this thing which is already in range. Incredibly, the thing has a lot of vigor, still going, though all the repeat injury by this point seems to be having at least some effect.
The creature on its own part seems to be panicking, what little actual sentences it makes incoherent. Instead, it focuses on trying to bite Oren again.
And misses. Yet even as it does, another mouth starts to convulse, a bead of something forming, that it spits out- Exploding with a flash that blinds both Oren and Asimi.
Breldo gets another good hit in from a safe distance. Even with it's unnatural vigor, however, the expertly aimed arrow proves to be just about enough for it. A few more horrendous shrieks escape, as the beast flails wildly, but eventually seems to collapse into a twitching, non-cohesive mess, the oily substance spreading slowly as it loses it's potential grip.
The released elf let's out a soft sigh, before glancing in the general direction of the group at large.
He shrugs and looks behind him for a tower to check, presumably not seeing that he calls to the unpetrified elf,
"New elf that was just rock? Rick welcomes you back! Rick also wonders if new elf can point out the tower for Rick?"
Something then clicks in his head as he considers the goop.
((Is there anything to scoop up the monster ooze nearby?))
"Oh, also, Friends Khond and Oren? Rick has an idea, help Rick scoop this up and pour it on Boss Pallen and Boss Pallen's wife. Maybe ooze will unstone?"
Sylvera was prepared to start shouting orders at the goop, but it seems it died too fast for that. She looks quizzically at the elf who had previously been possessed by this goo, then asks in elvish
"Do you remember who you are? Do you remember turning to stone?"
Regardless of the answer, Sylvera is sure this goo will hold some answers pertaining to a cure and for once she finds herself nodding in agreement with the greasy cat... which leaves her a little perplexed---but only for a moment. "Yes, we should test it... though perhaps not on Pallen. Not yet..." She doesn't elaborate on why, though internally she has to consider that this might not be a cure. Depending on the elf's answer to her question, this could just be a new sort of curse.
"You... Rick... take care of collecting the specimen. I will speak to this... revived one."
She turns to the new elf, still waiting on a response to her previous question. Before they go pouring that goo on anyone else, she needs to know what sort of side effects it had on this person.
In elvish
"Who was this emperor you spoke of? Do you remember what year it was when you... succumbed to the wasting?"
She means to start off slow, but there are too many things to ask and she feels like she is on a very short time limit for some reason...
Nuria stands there staring at the goopy mess before turning her still shocked gaze to the now revived elf. While she can't speak it well, she does understand a bit of Elvish. For now, she remains quiet, and listens. She doesn't really want the bossy elf noble to know she can understand elvish just yet anyways.
She turns to look at Breldo, then Oren, then she watches Rick wander around looking for something with which he can scoop up the goo. It would be incredible if that stuff could cure the wasting, but she thinks she knows why Sylvera doesn't want to test it on Pallen and his wife. Pallen just turned to stone.... pulling him right back out of wherever he is might be a bit to shocking for him at the moment.
While Asimi had intended to respond to the restored elf's suggestion and, indeed, react to their restoration at all when instead the creature suddenly blinded her. The elf breaking out into a series of curses in both Common and Elvish before she eventually managed to clear her vision.
Realizing that the fighting had finished in a quite literal flash, she sighed and gathered herself together. Making a point to step away from the sludge still on the ground before looking around to the rest of the group, "Is everyone alright?"
Her gaze then shifted to the other elf. While Sylvera had already asked several questions, Asimi was of the mind to extend a similar one to them. Shifting into Elvish.
"Are you injured? Did that thing do anything to you?"
"I should probably let all of you know that our newly awoken friend doesn't seem to know Common, by what they've said. That or they just don't understand Rick."

Breldo eyes his bolts that he fired into the thing, but chalks them up to the cost of doing business, and makes no effort to retrieve them, instead replacing the expended ones in his case from some from his pack, and checking over his crossbow post scuffle.
The elf glances in Rick's direction, noticing he's being addressed the loud cat, but it rapidly becomes evident he must not be able to understand him, as pointed out by Khond but a moment later. And instead turns his attention to the ones he can understand, while Rick searches for something which he could use to put some of that goop in. Given how this used to be a dining hall, even in its disheveled state it doesn't take too much effort to find some cups that aren't damaged enough to do something with. Breldo takes the time to collect what few bolts he can without having to dig through the fleshy mass, but is likely understood retrieving the rest is not worth it.
The elf for his part, turns first to Sylvera as she starts asking questions, and Asimi's question to make sure he's not injured. A quick shake of his head there at least allays that worry about any physical harm, though throughout it all he remains that same, almost emotionless expression, far unbefitting anyone in his situation, seeming to consider for a moment before beginning to answer plainly.
(Elvish?)
"...While I would like to say that I am Olokas, [unknown word] here at this weather station, the truth is... I think it's quite obvious that I am not really."
"The real Olokas has been long gone."
"I'm not sure how to even explain it myself. I guess, in some respects, until just a moment ago, I was a part of..."
The elf glances down at the quivering blob, then back in Sylvera's direction.
"Lest you get the wrong idea, it is not through our actions that he is gone, nor do I mean harm. Like most of the former elves within this hall, they are now empty, no soul left within them. If the memory of this vessel is any indicator, it was a powerful entity that offered salvation, and then snatched away their souls when they agreed."
"I'm not sure what became of them, but for most here, only the bodies are left behind. Empty vessels, like me."
"...But I do hold this vessel's former memories, so I would answer you as I could."
He stares rather blankly while Sylvera gives a few commands to the others he cannot understand, and some of the other's efforts, then answers the few questions asked.
"The only Emperor, Adameus, of course. It was the year 47214 when it occurred. This vessel was briefly aware of it happening, but it happened too fast to truly realize."
Rick calls to the mouth monster and elf in his most earnest voice,
