Need a conniving, sneaky, underhanded, malicious, truly despicable NPC that works at giving an unsuspecting party a hard time, let me know; I am good at mayhem and throwing monkey wrenches into carefully laid plans, the beauty of which is you'll not know precisely what they are going to do to confuse everything. (evil, gloating smile and laugh.)
