Barbär is badly burned by the flames and takes 16 points of fire damage and 11 points of necrotic damage and falls to the ground, grievously hurt. Bart reflexively crouches and blocks the worst of it bust still takes 8 fire damage and 5 necrotic damage. "My god's wrath is hotter than you can understand!"
Still waiting on an action from Cariadne, if I don't hear something by tomorrow, I'll hold the action.

Cariadne hears something behind her and briefly sees the shimmer of a small invisible humanoid shape trying to push her down the trap door. Cariadne is up, then the invisible thing.
Cariadne calls to Marigold, "There's something up here! It just tried to push me into the trapdoor!"
She draws her rapier and attacks where she saw the shimmer. Does she have disadvantage on the attack or did she see enough to know where it is?
Cariadne skewers the imp, it's lifeless devilish form reappearing before vanishing in an puff of sulfurous black smoke.
Both people in the main temple and the tunnel hear yelling and a boom from the direction of the priest's quarters.
Marigold, the tunnels beneath the altar is 5 ft wide and 25 ft long, going towards the priest's quarters, where a ladder leads up to a door in the ceiling. There is also a niche to the right, leading to a iron door with a raised design on it. It's your turn to act.

Marigold is going to use her turn to head toward the sound of the boom. As she's in an animal shape, Cariadne receives a mere bark of confirmation before that. If need be, Marigold will dash and try to close that distance and up the other trap door. Which will likely be difficult, given her form.
Hearing both the yelling and Marigold's bark, Cariadne jumps into the tunnel and runs to the trapdoor. Does she have time to push it open in this turn, or does she need to dash to get there?
[[I lost track of initiative... I'll just let you all have an action before Tobias goes again.]]
Marigold and Cariadne:
Cariadne drops into the tunnel just as Marigold passes the niche, in which the carved demon in the door animates and threatens with its claws. You both can move past, but it will swing at you, please let me know how you proceed.
Barbar: I need a death save.
Bart, You are up as well.

Cariadne, the demon door slashes at you and misses. You reach the top of the ladder, and the door in the ceiling opens easily but only a few inches, as if it is stuck beneath a heavy object. You can barely make out what's happening but in another room you see Bart fighting Tobias while Barbar's body lies smoking on the floor. To push open the trapdoor and enter the priest's quarters you need a DC 15 strength check. It would be at disadvantage due to bad positioning but you have a crowbar you can use for leverage.
Bart, you slash Tobias across the arm and he cries out in pain. You hear a bump and realize something is coming up through the trap door.
Waiting on Cariadne's strength check and an action from Marigold.

Seeing as Cariadne took the risk of the statue hitting her, Marigold does much the same and tries to rush past it and, after she does or does not take a hit, unshift so she can assist with opening up the door. If she can, she'll cast guidance on herself before trying to assist with opening the trap door so they can get into the room.
[2]
If that's all she can do, she'll continue to try and assist with the trapdoor.
[[To speed things up, I gave Cariadne a reroll with advantage, and would have added guidance but she didn't need it. I rolled for her and she got a 17]]
The demon door misses Marigold and she reaches the door. Together, Marigold and Cariadne push open the trap door, knocking over the heavy wardrobe that was on top of it. It crashes with a loud bang.
Everyone is up but Barbar, who should hold off on his death save, as if one of his companions revives him somehow, he will get an action too. Feel free to act in any order.

(No worries! That was just for flavour, I know the damage is piercing.) She swishes it through the air in front of his torso before poking it into his chest. :)
Marigold goes over to her downed companion and, after casting a cure wounds spell, turns to face the priest as her form once more morphs into that of an animal--This time the far larger, far deadlier dire wolf.
Its her hope that the sheer size will help provide her allies some cover, if they're ranged attackers and need something to duck behind after launching their attacks. If not, next turn she's gonna be trying to sink her teeth into the priest.
