Teller nods at Avery's reply, and immediately takes out his book. As he walks with them he begins writing something in his book. He pokes the man before him, guiding them towards breakfast, "What about you, my crossbow wielding friend? What is your name and why did you join the guild?"

After waiting a second for Solastor to say something, Fargrim begins, "I'm sure you've heard word around town of the fate of the gatekeeper, Andrews, child. It's a terrible tragedy... Solastor and I were part of the party who rescued the other two children, and we have since secured the remains of the third. Given his terrible fate, it would not be right to present him to his mother as we found him, but we wish to make sure that his bones are laid to rest... Especially in these times where dead loved ones are rising from the grave as unholy abominations. As clerics, we have the magic and resources to make sure that his transition to the afterlife is smoothed, but we were hoping you might be able to help with securing a coffin and, perhaps, making arrangements with the mother."
OoC: Solastor is probably better for the talking, drebensd, since I'm a dwarf. Just getting us started for times sake.
"Well. I'm Alan Quatermain. A bit of a legend back home. Came out here to get a bit more recognition where it counts, you know? Also, becoming something like Lord Hightower would be a nice bonus. Been at this thing for only a day and I've already gone up against some pretty nasty stuff. And none of us died. Crazy, huh?" Alan said, digging into breakfast again and popping sausages in his mouth around a lengthy tale of all the things they had gone up against. If things were embellished, it was just because they made a better story.

The undertaker looks at you with a hint of surprise and compassion. "I can respect what you are trying to do. However, I do not wish to deal with Andrew's wife. She is often a bit... shall we say, unhinged? I can help you but I think it would be best to work with Andrew himself to take care of the final arrangements for his son." He then picks up a small book and flips through a few pages and then mumbles a little. "What state are the remains in? that will determine what type of box I will need to arrange for the unfortunate boy." He then looks up expectantly.

You probably can't tell, but I'm really not that great in delicate social situations," Alan says to the halfling. As he looks at the catman staring at him ready to write, Alan continues his story. "Ah, but the vampire was the best. Did I tell you how I jumped on his shoulders and fired bolts into its head?" Alan continues his account of the previous day in between bites, happy to have an engaged audience.

The undertaker gets a concerned look when you mention that Andrew seems to be missing. He then listens to the rest of what you had to say before speaking. "I can handle the customs and rituals, But do not tell Andrew's wife that he is missing. It could be very bad if she is told. Trust me when I say she is a bit... unhinged at times.
