While the rest chase the flute man Maz will aim to keep the rats busy casting thunder wave on as many rats as possible. (I’m not sure the dimensions of the chamber were in but I’d move to try and hit the at least two groups of rats, preferably the ones that are awake)
I move towards the man playing the flute as well, shooting a bolt of fire at him. Attack: 25 Damage: 13
Ya you kill him with the double max.
Crunch sees the perfect opening and steps forward to cast his spell. An image of Luna appears and kisses you on the cheek. The spell shoots from you with a force most unexpected. The fire bolt goes straight though the fleeing man and hits the wall. The figure runs a few more feet not realizing he's already dead before falling to the ground.

Con save 14: or 15 damage half on save
Since we don't have a map and the fight is basically over I'll say you are able to face the wall so most of the force goes into in. But the sides hit the two awake swarms.
You kill the diminished swarm and hurt the other
The rats their leader dead scatter only leaving the sleeping ones which you make quick work of.

If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
Marley approaches the body cautiously, keeping an eye out for any more rats. He then sheaths his weapsons, kneels and gives it a thorough search. When he's finished he hands the pipe to Maz with a grin.
Crunch looks at his door-blackened fingers, the fire coming out much more powerful than expected. He brushes the fingers of one hand on his cheek where the kiss landed, wondering who the hell that was?

Marley eyes his bite wound with a scowl as it continues to burn and throb. "I need to see someone about this." He gives the others a forced grin, which probably looks more like a cat baring its fangs. "Or Marley ends up back with the rat king after all..."
He tries to remember anything he's read about lycanthropy and possible cures.

With a nat 20 you have some personal experience knowing someone in your past who was a weretiger so you read up quite a bit. You remember that you have till the next full moon to get cured or the curse will be permanent. The curse can be lifted with a greater restoration spell, a potion that provides similar effects. You have 2 weeks till the next full moon. You have heard of people being cured after they turn but it's rare.
"All my gold may have to go towards a cure," Marley says sadly, his whiskers drooping as he hangs his head. Looking at his filth encrusted boots, he adds "... and I need a bath."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Maz eyes the new instrument with eyes wide. After seeing the way the man played and the rats reacted… it has to be the one he was looking for. He looks it over trying to confirm it is the pipe of the sewers.
Saves with a 12.
Mickey will attack the swarm. Hits for 8 damage
Swarm is cut by half
The enemy is up.
The man plays the flute then runs now 60 feet away. He will escape next round if not stopped
Another swarm of rats comes out the walls
3 swarms total now
Swarm 1 sleep
2battacks Sam again misses
Y'all are up
Sam will and attack the man playing the flute

Marley you don't find anything else of interest on the dead man.
Mickey: "Let's get out of here. I don't think ridding this city of the wererats is going to be possible now with so few"
Sam says "Agreed." and begins the ascent out of the sewers.
