Gan-Re quickly stuffs all the bottles, including the emptied into his bag. His shield is strapped to his back. He hears Finley and shouts "Will do Finley. Don't forget your flying dust if the tower falls down". He grabs the tools on the way past with a "Thanks Finley", he readies his bow and flies out the snake hole to the cage. He greets Sir Talavar with a "Don't worry we are here to rescue you." and looks at the cage to see if it is locked, if he will need to bend the bars or if he can just use the hole to get Sir Talavar out.
Yes the cage is locked. Its a bird cage that can be easily taken with you. The bars do not budge. Sir Talavar says "Thanks for the rescue. Unfortunately this cage is magical and there is no way to break it"
Val's attacks widen the crack and you feel a fresh breeze blow in. The opening is now big enough for everyone to go through. Below are the 2 giant snakes preparing to slam into the tower again.
Finley looks around and says, "Try and scare them off by talkin' to 'em, we can toss th' snake if it may intimidate th' creatures."
(OOC: In my head, the balloon and basket are on one side of the tower. The tower is leaning in that direction. On the opposite side is the gaping hole on the second floor and the door on the ground floor. I'm assuming that the snakes are banging on the "door" side of the tower to push it over in the way that it's already leaning.)
Once there's an open gap in the roof, Valrieth hops down from the desk / chair to let Finley work with his rope. She acknowledges Finley's suggestion with a quick "OK" and then climbs down the ladder to the second floor.
Val checks briefly with Hisa to see where the giant snakes are. Assuming that they can see the giant snakes outside on the side of the tower below the gaping hole, she says, "Wait about 1 minute, and then push that," indicating the flying snake's body, "out of the hole and to the ground. Ask Finley and Gan-Re for help if it's too heavy for you."
Val then rushes down the stairs to the ground floor. I assume that she either passes Gan-Re on the stairs or sees him downstairs where he's looting the potions from the crate. She hands him the scimitar, saying, "Here, I'm done with this for now. Finley needs your help to get Sir Talavar free, and then see whether Hisa needs help with the snake's body."
I'm not sure how everyone's actions are mapping to specific rounds. But starting from here, Val will:
First round: Val takes out her star map and casts Guidance on herself.
Action: Cast spell Guidance, target may roll a d4 to add to one ability check before the spell ends. One willing creature (range: touch)
Second round: Val casts Speak with Animals. She then takes a deep breath and summons all of her courage to face the giant snakes again. She opens the tower door but stands beside it, pressed up against the wall so that the snakes cannot see her through it, yet.
Third round: Val starts talking to the snakes. She decides that she could never make a deep, booming voice, so she tries for something more like screeching spirit.
Val is going to try to scare the snakes away. Intimidation17 (with bonus from guidance)
Val shrieks to the snakes (still hidden from view): "Aaaaiiieeeee! Who disturbs the glowing spirit of the tower!? Begone snakes! Leave this place and never return!"
Gan-Re is pleased to have done something correct after causing the trap to go off earlier. He does a little victory loop de loop and says to Sir Talavar "My friends are in the tower. Can you do anything to help with the snakes?"

(OOC: Was that in response to this: "then see whether Hisa needs help with the snake's body"? That is, I assume that Val was at least able to hand the scimitar to Gan-Re as she went downstairs and he was coming back upstairs from looting the crate. )
With and 8 the giant snakes are not intimidated.
one of the giant snakes cocks it head and flicks its forked tongue in the air. "You speak to us, no you not snake like us"
The giant snakes pause to see what happens next.
(OOC: Yeah, not surprising. Valrieth is a pretty little harengon after all.
It's been about 30 seconds since she left Hisa. Was Hisa able to push the flying snake's body through the hole of the second floor?
)
Val waits a moment, hoping to hear the flying snake's body drop from the tower onto the ground outside.
If she does not hear anything, she tries to stall by saying, "I am not a snake! I am spirit of magic and vengeance! Leave this place, or you be killed!"
If she does hear the body drop, she says, "Behold! The winged snake disturbed my sleep! Now, it is dead! Leave this place, or you, too, will be killed!"
Val raises her hood to hide her ears and then moves to the center of the room so that she can see through the door. They should see a small glowing figure if they look through the tower door.
Can Val see the snakes outside through the door? If one of them is within 60 ft. of the tower, she will make one archer starry form attack to reinforce her words.

"Shite!" Finley shouts and pulls out the fairy dust. "I dunnae want ta burden ye with me weight, Gan-Re, Lady Valrieth let's go!" He uses the fairy dust and begins to float. "With me, aye?" He holds his hand out. "Or can ye turn inta a bird?" He flies out either carrying her or just ahead of her, while retrieving his rope by commanding it to coil back to his belt.
The remaining giant snake moves over to investigate
The giant snake then leaves the area for some unknown reason.
Something in you knows that this won't be the last time seeing those giant snakes. The tower is starting to crumble. It won't be standing much longer.
Valrieth steps to the door and peers out cautiously to make sure that the "coast is clear", as they say. Then she watches the giant snakes slither away, taking note of which direction they went. (Perception18)
As the tower starts to crumble, Val shouts, "Everyone out of the tower! It's going to fall!" She doesn't have time to go back upstairs to check on everyone, so she hopes that between Gan-Re's flying and the rope of climbing, they were all able to get out and rescue Sir Talavar, too. She dashes away from the tower, not in the direction it's falling, and not in the direction where the snakes went. Ideally, toward the north or northeast.

Since Valrieth was on the ground floor, she was able to get out of the tower without flying. She looks up to see Gan-Re and Finley (!) and Sir Talavar flying away from the tower. She stops for a moment to call up to them, "Where's Hisashi? Did she get out?" Then she looks around to make sure that the snakes aren't already coming back for them.
