Wreji moves up towards the front, unsheathing his sword and holding his shield firmly in front of him. "Ay, we fight until the stragglers escape or until we're forced to retreat. Who's up front with me?" (if we get any pre initiative actions, I'll cast bless on myself, Anoushka, and Pim)

Nip initiative 8
Nip steps outside, lets out a hawk-like screech, and takes to the air about 20ft above his new companions. He is also interested in protecting innocent bystanders so will aim to a creature that is attacking them or threatening.
As he draws back his bow, some of the mites and gnats surround and cling to the arrow. On a hit, the creature will be swarmed by these critters and pushed 5 feet away from the bystander.
Anoushka’s initiative (rolled in the game log on the campaign page because I won’t trust the forum dice roller anymore): 12
Caught a little unawares by the eagerness of her fellows, Anoushka reacts slower than they do. When she does, however, she points at one of the most hit of the enemies (most wounded? Most bloodied?) and lets two riotous blasts streak out from her hand at it. Then she gives a twitch and an transluscent apparition holding a bared rapier materializes closer to the fight. It looks like Anoushka, but not, somehow.
Move: nope Action: shoot an enemy at range with Eldritch Blast (also in the game log):
Blast 1: 20 to hit (not crit) for 10 force damage Blast 2: 20 to hit (not crit) for 4 force damage
Bonus Action: Manifest Echo 15’ ahead of her, next to an enemy if 15 gets it there.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Pim fires two lightning-quick arrows at the furthest vine-monster (F), hitting both times and severly injuring the crystalline creature.
Wreji moves in front of the newly formed group and casts Bless on himself, Anoushka, and Pim.
Nip takes to the air and flies to about 20ft above his new companions before sending two more well-placed arrows at one of the other vine-like creatures (E), shattering the thing! (First kill - Nip gets Inspiration =)
Anoushka readies a blast of eldritch power if any of the blights attacks the new party as she backs towards the port. A translucent, gray image of Anoushka appears 15' away from her and next to the second creature (B).
Glim wracks his mind, trying to recall any tunes, stories, or lore that would give him an advantage in this fight! He realizes these are a type of Blight, usually sentient plants. These seem to be made from crystalline vines, so it is likely resistant to cold damage. Also, because of the glowing light coming from them, they are also probably resistant to radiant damage.
Creature A chases the blacksmith, who decides your party is a safe place to be! The blight lashes out with two long vines which emit a bright pulse of radiant energy and then grapple the man, who is now severely injured and unconscious in the blight's grasp. (10' away)
Creature B gets within 10' of Wreji and lashes out with its long vines (17 & 15 to hit) but the paladin's armor prevents the blows! This attack triggers Anoushka's readied action (firing at this one!) (10' away)
Creatures C & D continue their attacks against townsfolk, hitting once and grappling their prey but not injuring them as much as the blacksmith... (30' away)
Creature F shambles slowly towards the party (they only move 10' and it's still 40' away...)
Anoushka shimmers, and then fades to grey, while her echo, Rusalka, seems to fill with color, and then they have swapped places! Anoushka, now next to creatures, draws her rapier and stabs! Rusalka, meanwhile, rushes forward, past the first knot of fighters with Anoushka, Wreji, the blacksmith and two creatures, towards the next wave.
Bonus Action: Teleport to echo’s location, swapping places Move: 15’ used to teleport, 15 available to close with an enemy if needed. Rusalka moves 30’ towards and past the fight, starting where Anoushka was Action: stab a creature (B if still alive, A if not, move 15’ to another one if neither) with magical rapier, in game log.
Stab 1, blessed: 16 + 4 = 20 (not a crit) to hit, for 9 magical piercing damage Stab 2, blessed: 11 + 3 = 14 to hit, for 14 magical piercing damage
Notes: by my rough Theater of the Mind calculations, Anoushka and Rusalka are about 15’ apart. If they are ever more than 30’ apart at the end of Anoushka’s turn, Rusalka disappears. Rusalka’s AC is 17, her hp are 1.

'Ware the vines, they're grabby' Pim's deep voice cuts through the din of the sudden skirmish. He reaches into his quiver and grabs two more arrows, firing them off in rapid succession.
Attack 1: 13 Damage: 8. Attack 2: 11 Damage: 9 Move: He'll back up 10 feet but keep Anoushka clearly in his sight lines
Pim is providing overwatch for Anoushka, clearly a practiced rhythm. He'll concentrate on clearing a lane for her and warding off any incoming threats. In this case, he fires his first shot at B if it's still up or both at A if B has gone down. If they're both down he'll target whatever vine is most likely to threaten Anoushka. He'll use +3 Astral Spark damage on Target B with his first hit to help make sure the vine drops.
Seeing the blacksmith fall unconscious and in the grasp of one of the crystalline blights Wreji blinks out of sight for a moment teleporting to behind Creature A taking two swipes with his sword. He then pivots next to the blacksmith
(reaction to his protection fighting style for disadvantage on attacks against the blacksmith)
Pim calls out a warning to the others and provides overwatch for Anoushka. Seeing the grey echo next to a creature, the giff targets it to protect his friend.
Wreji blinks out of existence and reappears by the blight holding the blacksmith, hitting it twice with his longsword.
Nip ...
Anoushka somehow changes places with the grey form and moves past the shattered B to join Wreji in saving the blacksmith! Together they manage to destroy another blight!
Rusalka, the ghost, has moved 15' closer to the enemy than Anoushka and Wreji, racing past them as they fought the blights. (Just clarifying her position)
"You are shiny and useful, both!" Anoushka grins at Wreji after he blinks into the fight and helps dispatch the blight. She looks towards the other blights, where the ghostly Rusalka has charged.
Glim breathes a sigh of relief as his compatriots cut down one of the creatures before it can finish off the blacksmith.
With a quick tune from his instrument, ordinary looking green vines burst from the ground to catch at the two uninjured blights. With a satisfied click of his beak, he makes a cheering sound directed toward Anoushka, inspiring her to greater heights. Metaphorically since she's also earthbound and wingless.
Nip lets our a screech as he fells the first blight. He circles in the air, staying about 20ft up and focuses on C attacking the villagers. Once again, the tiny insects swarm down the shaft of his arrows as he notches them in the string and lets them fly.
Attack: 25 Damage: 9
Attack: 17 Damage: 14
If either of them hit, the swarm will burrow into the wound and bite at the Blight from the inside for 5 piercing damage.

Round 2 (con't):
Pim calls out a warning to the others and provides overwatch for Anoushka. Seeing the grey echo next to a creature, the giff targets it to protect his friend.
Wreji blinks out of existence and reappears by the blight holding the blacksmith, hitting it twice with his longsword.
Nip sends two more arrows on target, dropping it as the mites eat it from the inside out...
Anoushka somehow changes places with the grey form and moves past the shattered B to join Wreji in saving the blacksmith! Together they manage to destroy another blight!

'More of 'em inbound, time to move Shu'Ka!'
Pim's deep voice echoes across the din of the crowd even as his arrows lance out at the creatures threatening his comrade.
Attack 1: 27 Damage: 7 Attack 2: 20 Damage: 9 Move: Don't have a sense of the geography here, but Pim will start backing up towards the docks if he has a line of retreat in that general direction, otherwise he'll move anywhere that offers a path out, staying within 60ft of Anoushka
Rusalka disappears as the enemy's first attack swipes through her ghostly form. Anoushka, closer to the docks, sees the new creatures and begins to back away, but lets two glowing starlight blasts go at the blights. "Mm, we go, yes. Rusalka will delay them!" Rusalka shimmers back into being, 15' in front of Anoushka, closer to the enemy.
Move: towards the docks, 30' Bonus Action: Manifest Echo to bring Rusalka back, 15' closer to the enemy Action: Shoot the injured blight (F) with Eldritch Blast. If it remains standing, the second blast will go there, too. If it dies, the second blast will join Pim's arrows on blight D.
Blast 1 at F (in game log): 21 to hit, for 2 force damage Blast 2 at F, or D (in game log): 11 to hit, for 8 force damage
Reaction: saved for attack of opportunity if one of them tries to pass Rusalka (yes, we can make an AOO from the Echo, it's cool, no?)
