<You could always try to avoid the middle. The room is round, but irregular, so the ceiling thsts falling may not squish everything. Also, hide. Thst stonr shaoe idea was oretty cool, though. "This guy makes a better door than a window, but we can fix that.">
Is the statue large or huge? If it is large I have a plan to misty step past it, then charge back and shove it 10 ft so everyone else trapped in the room can ready an action and run through.

It's large. Looks like we lost the new player for Vendelen? Got to move on. First to post gets to take Vens action. If nobody does by the end of tje day, I'll do it when I have time. May try to get another new player for Ven moving forward, TBD.
Ok, let's try this. Quadere will use Stone Shape to make a tunnel and get either through the statue or around it (to the north) through the wall. Then she will call people on the other side to get through as fast as possible.
Vendelen takes a shot in the dark and fires an arrow at the black jewels staring at him in the dark 17 for 10 piercing.
<Whoops. I was looking at the character sheet for Vishnu. >
Ven casts faerie fire in the statue.
faerie fire On the big statue?
Yup. You can see now, so no DA, the opposite, in fact.
<And yes, I could force a dex save for the statue as a creature, but the eyes are very much objects and even if it fails. They'd still glow and I'd rule that gives the same advantage to attavkers thst csn see them, so rather than complicate things with facing, I just say no roll>
A 5ft wide hole opens up through the torso if the glowing creature, letting the light of Quadere's armor shine through, illuminating the round room, revealing the descending ceiling (originally 40ft overhead) has descended to just over 20ft.
Above thr howling winds and the echoing clicks of the descending ceiling, you hear the statue start to crumble ad fissures aside the gaping hole in its torso expand, the weight of the upper half collapsing the remaining stone of the torso.
Those in the room who want to get out of the room thus round. You'll have to make a DC12 tumble check to get through the break8kg statue.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
From the DMG: A creature can try to tumble through a hostile creature's space, ducking and weaving past the opponent. As an action or a bonus action, the tumbler makes a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check contested by the hostile creature's Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. If the tumbler wins the contest, it can move through the hostile creature's space once this turn.
As rhe statue crumbles, the remaining gutb dash past the pile of stones collapsing to the floor as the ceiling comes to rest upon tbe tops of the remaining statues. As the rogue reaches for the green glowing black jewels that once was the statue's eye, the stone and its mate explode, releasing a pair of dark ethereal figures. As the winds blow away the dust amid the rocky debris, a presence holds together some of the chips and dust that once formed the statue of a forgotten God.
Right now, I’m at a bit of a loss as to what I can do. I’m literally in the dark and I can’t go help anyone.

As long as this large statue is in the room, I don't think we are in danger to be crushed? But yes, would gladly use this idea at mmy turn.

Kandalou will scramble through when ever his turn come up. Acrobatics: 5
When that fails he uses misty step as a bonus action.

@Kalak: if you want to get out with the others, tumble through the crumbling statue, otherwise, events TBD.
Kalak will scurry and do his best to escape the crumbling statue.

Yes, I’d like to make it to the exit with the others. What do I need to do?
