Chad hurls a mote of GREEN FLAME! at the monster, as the hair catches alight, the creature flails in agony before falling into a small pile of smoldering green smoke on the ground. (Furry Guy #1: Defeated!)
Koko see's that her partners are in trouble. She uses Channel Divinity: As an action, you can use Channel Divinity and present your holy symbol to restore up to 10 HP divided among any creatures within 30 ft. up to half a creature's HP max.

After laying waste to the furry guy, Chad blows the green smoke from the tip of his wand. Chad turns back to check on his fallen allies. As Chad see's the healing take place, he gives Koko the trademarked Gloomblast wink and a thumbs up.

Koko's divine healing wafts over the pair, recovering their vitality and they regain consciousness. (Kres: 5 HP, prone. Randaler: 5 HP, prone)
The bugbears look angered at Chad defeating one of their own. One of them rushes towards him and swings its morningstar in an attempt to smash his face in, while the other reaches with its long limb to try and punch him for good measure.

Chad stumbles back a little. He is not one to get punched in the face very often. Chad grabs his nose and moved it back into place. "You're going to pay for that as much as your friend before, with your life!" Chad extends his wand as much as he can in close quarters, sending another fire bolt at the new adversary.
Just to note, normally if you are making a ranged attack (including spells) in melee, you would be at disadvantage to the attack roll. However, since PC bugbears have a long reach I'll give the bugbears the benefit of the doubt and say you're actually further away than a normal person's reach.
Chad blasts a jet of fire at the bugbear that socked him. The monster flails in anger, the sparks getting in its eyes as they water badly. (Bugbear #3: 7 damage.)
The goblin is still unconscious.
Randaler, Kres, & Koko, you're up!
Note: I should note that since Koko brought Randaler and Kres around, they can use their reaction to make opportunity attacks (at disadvantage due to being prone) when the bugbears went after Chad.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
After drifting about in a fog Randaler feels a surge of warmth wash over him and his body begins to heal. As he snaps awake, he looks up to see two large bugbears attacking Chad. 'Need to defend my wizard friend' he thinks to himself as he notches an arrow has fires off a shot at one of them from the floor.
(Reaction) Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Then one of the Bugbear attacks lands on Chad's face and he fires off another spell. Using it as a distraction, Randaler releases his bow, grabs a dagger from his belt, pushes to his feet, and thrusts the dagger at the nearest bugbear.
Just to note, the rules of opportunity attacks allow for melee attacks only. We'll let this one pass this time, but just heads-up for next time.
Opportunity Attacks
In a fight, everyone is constantly watching for a chance to strike an enemy who is fleeing or passing by. Such a strike is called an opportunity attack.
You can make an opportunity attack when a hostile creature that you can see moves out of your reach. To make the opportunity attack, you use your reaction to make one melee attack against the provoking creature. The attack occurs right before the creature leaves your reach.
You can avoid provoking an opportunity attack by taking the Disengage action. You also don't provoke an opportunity attack when you teleport or when someone or something moves you without using your movement, action, or reaction. For example, you don't provoke an opportunity attack if an explosion hurls you out of a foe's reach or if gravity causes you to fall past an enemy.
The arrow sticks into the bugbear's back, then a dagger is thrust into its side. The monstrous humanoid cries out in pain and anger, but the dagger silences it. (Bugbear #2: defeated!)
Initiative: Round 2
Randaler (5/18 HP) Kres (5/17 HP, prone) Koko (17/17 HP)
Kres lands a mighty swing of his staff into the bugbear from behind. However, the bugbear stands strong and manages to parry away the clawed attack with a bat of its morningstar. (Bugbear #3: 14 damage.)

Koko loads her crossbow again and aims at the bugbear. However, she overcompensates her aim attempting not to strike Kres, causing her attack to go wide.
The remaining bugbear, looking to be in a tight spot, attempts to grab Chad as a hostage! Grapple check: Chad must succeed on a DC 9Athletics or Acrobatics check or be grabbed by the bugbear.
Randaler jumps at the bugbear, sinking both daggers into the chest of the bugbear. They miss the vitals, but tear flesh from bone. The bugbear barely hangs on. (Bugbear: 22 damage.)
Kres rushes forward with his quarterstaff and there is a nasty CRACK noise as he hits the bugbear square in the face, causing its neck to snap as it collapses dead. (Bugbear #3: defeated!)
