Fellian yells out to the hobgoblin's to surrender again, but he doesn't really believe that Zarkad wholeheartedly will comply. So he shoots the Hobgoblin Captain Attack: 14 Damage: 14, but the arrow misses Zarkad.
Ollie is up (I believe that he can act even when Rellahne is unconscious. See spoiler.)
Your familiar acts independently of you, but it always obeys your commands. In combat, it rolls its own initiative and acts on its own turn. A familiar can't attack, but it can take other actions as normal.

Alben will repeat his Lightning Grasp on H1 Attack: 22 Damage: 3, which puts that hobgoblin out of his misery.

H4 Wisdom save 16. H4 immediately drops his sword and surrenders again

H6 Wisdom save 10. H6 is about to change at Alben, but seeing his friend surrender, decides to follow suit.
H9 Wisdom save 6. H9 has a little bit of duty still in him. Taking a look around the room, he decides that Oreus and Tyris are not viable targets because of the darkness and dying bodies. So he moves to engage (1=Alben, 2=Shadow) 2Shadow. Moving around the fallen bodies of H1, He attacks Shadow from the North with a Two-handed Longsword Attack: 16 Damage: 9, wounding the tiefling.

Zarkad makes an half hearted attempt to prevent the grapple... (Athletics check with disadvantage 3) ...but allows himself to be manhandled away from Kazmojen, but Tyris.
With Ollie's help, Shadow tries to stab the hobgoblin by the double doors, but misses.
Fellian make a Cunning Action Dash to move through Oreus' and Kazmojen's squares and up the stairs. He then shoots an arrow at H9 Attack: 13 Damage: 7, killing the hobgoblin.
This effectively takes you out of combat. I'm going to roll the remaining Death saves for Kazmojen.

I had actually thought about having Fellian move over to your position and stabilize you. But I didn't think about it until a few hours after I posted. So I decided to wait until I see what your rolls were.

Fellian does the following actions.
First he stows his bow and pulls out his Longsword and and scroll.
He moves over to Rellahne and reads the scroll of Cure Wounds healing her for 13 (I'm going to make that a 4 not a 6 see note at the bottom) (I forgot he had that. To bad he doesn't have two of them.)
Having no rope to tie up the hobgoblins, he is really to attack any who look like they are going to put up a fight.

Tyris will put away his bow and pull out a rope to tie up Zarkad to prevent him from getting into any more trouble. He then looks to where Rellahne fell, but sees that Fellian is already there helping her, he turns to where he sees Fario also unconscious and moves over to cast Cure Wounds on their ally, healing him for 4. He then readies his bow again and helps keep watch over the prisoners.
Technically Alben should have gotten it, but because his spell granted him advantage I'll allow it.
