Kelytha and Sinak. With your passive perception and own divine connections you sense that Joel is probably more than a simple Bard. He still seems mortal and may not have long left on the world, but he has touched the divine more than once and it has left its mark

'That's good Osborne. And I can say that your odd contribution and dedication to trusting your luck has not gone unnoticed. Well back to your other questions, I haven’t seen the property myself yet. If we can believe Volo, and he is too reliant on luck to lie to me too much, then the property is quite large, has multiple floors and includes a bar and taproom. It sadly doesn't include a shrine to Finder, but any bar with a Bard can be considered a shrine to Finder. It probably does need some work though.'
'Thank you Kelytha, your kindness does you credit. May Finder watch over you. The property would be yours to do with as you please as a group. Maybe Volo will buy it back from you, but you would be wise not to place too much trust in his word'
Osborne would know the location of the Skewered Dragon. He probably isn't barred at the moment. You can decide if he has an outstanding tab at the bar.

Cat takes this proposition in. "Wow, offering us all a piece of property just to find your friend? That... almost doesn't seem fair. To you, I mean. Property in the city is getting more and more expensive these days. Have you inspected the property yourself? Where is it located in town?"

Osborne speaks to the rest of the party “Oi, I know where this Tavern he’s speaking of be at. Why don’t we get some rest, have a drink, play some games, and we can head there in the morning. How’s that sound to ya?”

“Yeah, she’s right about the expensiveness. I could only afford to move into Waterdeep because I won a huge jackpot at the casino where I used to be.”
'Well as I say, I only won the property in a game and it isn’t that useful to me. Honestly Emilo has been my friend for decades and means more to me than any material object. I understand its located in Trollskull Alley, which is nicer than it sounds.'
As Joel finishes he sentence. Two tavern guards walk up to the table. One introduces himself 'Me and Bert here guard the Portal, we just wanted to say well done on the bucket and stuff. Saved us a job and we don't even have to chuck the bodies into Undermountain'

Eilla smiles at the tavern guards, but doesn't have much to say to them. She does want to address Joel, however. "Not sure how you know my family name, but you seem like a man who knows things. Do you know where I could find Meloon Wardragon, the famed adventurer?"

”Yeah… I don’t recall giving you even my first name earlier… and you called me by it accurately…”
'Well, I only know what Finder chooses to share with me, however like any Bard he often chooses to share a lot. Each of you have been touched by Finder in the past, maybe you created new Art or perhaps you have trod a path that the wise would have avoided. He has no claim on any of you, but you are known to him and therefore you are known to me. Also I am a Bard in a tavern and I hear things myself, such as Meloon Wardragon being in Blackstaff Tower for the past week trying to sort out this gang mess. Gaining entry into Blackstaff Tower can be tricky, however the Blackstaff does owe me a favour and I pass this on to you.'
With that Joel makes a motion with his hand and a silver coin, with a harp on both sides, appears between his fingers. He flips the coin to Eilla and as it travels through the air you hear an angelic voice singing 'Favour, Favour, Favour..'
Joel then continues 'If you flip that coin outside Blackstaff Tower, then you should gain entry'.

”I.. think I know what you mean”
He then looks to Eilla
”Oi, didn’t you want to find this adventurer guy to let him know of his missing child? That sounds mighty serious. I’ll help ye out with that when we can. Maybe after we find this Bards friend and get ourselves settled into this new home he speaks of.”
Shouts of alarm suddenly ring out as a hulking creature climbs up out of the Portal to Undermountain. A monster with warty green skin, a tangled nest of wiry black hair, a long, carrot-shaped nose, and bloodshot eyes. As it bares its yellow teeth and howls, you can see that a half-dozen bat-like creatures are attached to its body, with three more circling above it like flies. A Drow Elf gets up from his chair and shouts 'Durnan, Bert, Ernest get that Portal closed. Joel's friends get the Stirges. I'll deal with the Troll'

Ballen kept quiet during the conversations, taking some of the fritters and pocketing a few of them and eating a few others. The idea of owning a place, even if it was owning it with others was remarkably appealing, having no real home since...as long as she could remember anyway. She honestly really didn't care that much about finding a wayward person, people got lost all the time, but knowing how dangerous the streets could be Ballen resigned herself to at least seeing if there was some small part she could have in this endeavor.
She had nothing to say about the Finder, as she had always assumed any god there might be had no interest in her at this point and she wasn't about to show any interest in them either. She was getting lost in her own thoughts as the rest of the party around her conversed with Joel, until the shouting began again as a hideous creature came out of the portal. She clutched her drum and prepared herself...mostly to save her own skin, if she was totally honest about it though.
They should really have a grate with a lock over that well, Eilla thinks to herself. Maybe she'll suggest it to the bar owner if they make it out of this alive. She picks up her shield and draws her rapier, ready to defend herself from troll and stirge alike.

“Thanks, no problem. It’s nice when a solution to a problem presents itself. Glad I could be of help. Make sure to tell that to your boss Durnan over there, perhaps he’ll give us a few rounds on the house, or a room for the night. Have a good night Bert..”
Sinak turns back to the group and listens to the description of a house, on Trollskull Alley? “I’m in, I will help in the search for the missing halfling. I would love to have a house here in Waterdeep as a base of op *ahem* as a nice place to rest and explore the city from. We are on the case.” Sinak is excited about the opportunity and he is curious where this halfling may have varnished. He thinks about the Skewered Dragon, but he’s never been there. He’s excited to learn a new part of the city.
Sinak is sitting with his back toward the Portal, and when he hears the cry of alarm, he says under his breath “Ye Gods, what now? What sort of hooligans are attacking the place now?” He pops the rest of the fritter in his mouth and downs the last of his beer, he turns around and sees the large warty creature climbing up into the room, surrounded by the stirges. His mouth drops open, for a moment, and his eyes flick over to the Drow giving orders, trying to recognize him. Then as he stands and looks at the situation, readying his shield, Sinak says “Looks like I’ll need a bigger bucket….”
