Sinak comes downstairs to breakfast, looking cautiously as he descends the stairs, making sure that nothing else has crawled up through the portal overnight. He stretches at the top of the stairs, his arm pulling and sore for a minute, but overall feeling much better. He looks around the room when he comes down for his companions from the day before, curious how their fates have bound them together, and to see what happens next.

Ballen came out from behind the bar somewhere and stretched with a small yawn. She didn't say anything but began fumbling around a bit for a mug and something to drink before looking at the others that were coming down. Plopping her elbows on the bar counter she rubbed her eyes again, "What are we doing again?"
"A few tasks, in whatever order," Eilla, who has already been in the tavern proper eating a breakfast of fried quipper, hash browns and orange juice (from fresh squeezed Chultan oranges!), reminds Ballen. "The bard Joel wanted us to find his missing halfling friend Emilio. Drizzt wants us to set up a meeting with a dangerous drow organization called Bregan d'Aerthe, somehow. And I'm still looking for a venerable adventurer named Meloon, to give him some bad news. Should be a busy day, so eat up!"
"Aah, I'm starving!" calls out Kelytha as she enters the room, before making her way over to the table. She grabs some of Eilla's hash browns and eats it gratefully. "Durnan! Some more of all of this please! I think my body's trying to recoup from the blood loss last night, I'm so hungry."
While she waits for her own breakfast she comments on the day's plans. "This shouldn't take too long, finding people is most of what I've been doing lately 'My daughter has run off with her boyfriend! I haven't seen my cat in three days!' etc etc. Sounds like this Emilio might actually be in trouble so we should probably prioritise finding him. Where was he last? Skewered Dragon wasn't it?"
Durnan places a fine array of breakfast items, and a rather stained and poorly written allergy menu, on the table. ‘Eat up all. I won’t have anybody saying they left the Yawning Portal hungry. You might leave it dead, but never hungry.’ Durnan chuckles at his own rather dark humour.

"Oh, the Skewered Dragon?" Eilla grabs a small croissant and stuffs it in her mouth before continuing. "That's in the Dock Ward. Not the fanciest place, which is to say it's a dump of a tavern that only sailors and dock workers go to to get in fights. Not sure it'd be open this time of the day but we might as well check it out."

"Oi, I also need to owe you the money yet. With the jackpot I won a bit ago, you are the last one I owe a debt to. It would be wise to eat up now."

"Oi, I believe so. I'd be fine with doin' the tasks in any order. I trust in my luck."

"Oi, sounds good. Since you know where it is, you might as well lead us there, after we eat of course."
Ballen kept her ears open to the others with a slight not at Eilla before grabbing several breadstuffs and such off the table and putting them in pockets and such before eating some of the rest herself. "I suppose saving his life might do us a good turn as well later, but it really doesn't matter to me either I think."
Cat arrives at the Portal and finds her friends. "Good morning! So, what's the plan for today? Going to find that halfling, right? Did you guys learn anything after I left?"
"I filled them in on the place he was last seen; it's not a friendly place, but we're going there because it's our only lead." Eilla pushes her plate away from her, having finished, and stands. "Let's get going then?" Assuming no objections, she starts leading everyone out of the Yawning Portal towards the Dock Ward.

Osborne would want to finish Breakfast, then might ask for a few games first. If anyone objects to the games, then he'll follow along.
Sinak would be in favor of pressing on as Eilla suggested, not wanting to lose anymore to Osborne and interested in finding the missing Emilio. “Let’s save the games for this evening, Osborne. We have some business to attend to. I’m not as familiar with the Dock Ward, whoever knows the way the best - lead on!”

"Oi, alright, but I'll hold you accountable to that. Lead the way Eilla."
Ballen wasn't interested in games but was ready, pockets full of food, to head off with the others towards the docks. It was not a place she usually frequented, but knew is was dangerous at times with plenty of other shadow skulkers ready to pounce on unsuspecting persons. While she had no particular interest in the person, the lure of a place to call home eventually was enough to get her to tag along with the group.
"I'm ready to go - this sounds a bit dangerous, but it's the best bet to securing my future! Plus Iknow you all will keep me safe... right?" Cat chuckles nervously.
The party assembles and after a full breakfast you leave the Yawning Portal and head towards The Skewered Dragon pub in the Dock Ward.
As you turn a corner, you find yourselves on a street that has been cordoned off by the City Watch. Lying on the cobblestones are a half-dozen corpses, seemingly the victims of the ongoing gang violence. Watch officers have disarmed and arrested three blood-drenched humans and are in the midst of questioning witnesses. One of the officers sees you. “Get on,” she says. “Nothing to see here.” They indicate you should go down a side alley to make your way around the disturbance.
