Alright, looks like everyone has made it to the game!
Godofbiteme (Rog the 1/2 orc barbarian) has decided to the telepathic feat so he can act as the "operator" of your group's silent communications system while you are within 60' of him. (Think telephone whisper game). Still waiting on waiting on Mister_whisker (Bridgette) decision on whether she will also have it to represent a family trait or stick with lucky feat.
Godofbiteme, your telepathy allows you to also communicate with your animals since you trained them and have had them for a while. The communication is limited to simple communication like "wait" "quiet" "attack" "help", etc. They in turn can communicate simple concepts like "danger" "hungry" and pain or happiness. The same with Bridgette if she decides to take the feat also.
This is similar to Aegnor's beast speech, but not as informative and not as far ranged (Beast speech is based off of the spell Speak with Animals, which is verbal so can be shouted back and forth in a canyon.)
I'm going to assume you are all communicating information back and forth this way, so everyone realizes Hektor is a Wight. I will also send personal messages when something happens that only the PC knows when out of range (or may not want to share).
Do I need to roll my Initiative for each of my wolves individually or do we want to just say that they come at the end of my turn unless ordered specifically otherwise
Godofbiteme & others with pets & familiars: you'll run them on your turn after your own action(s), they can go before bonus actions, since those can be before or after an action.
Faux_beau (Guile) I'm assuming that you are sending your owl familiar ahead. Would you prefer to roll the owl's stealth or take 10 for an automatic 13 this round? I'm ruling opponents will have disadvantage on seeing the owl by chance due to being distracted by battle (meaning a -5 to their passive perception), so the owl effectively has an 18 roll for stealth until it does something besides fly above the battle if you take 10.
Also the rules are VERY vague about the telepathic communication with familiars. I'm going to rule if you are trying to identify a creature your familiar is describing, you will have a disadvantage on the roll. But that disadvantage goes away if you use an action to see/hear through it.
Understood Rog. (Note you get the bonus attack with ANY weapon when you score a critical hit and bring the opponent to zero hit points, you only need a Heavy weapon to take the -5 to hit for the +10 damage.)
And other news, Bridgette has decided on her feat, which is telepathy, just like Sibling Rog! This is my response to Mister_Whiskers:
Oh good! I see on your PC you taken telepathic feat! Because of this, I'm going to give the group an additional advantage. Your link distance would be 120' (instead of 60') between you, Rog and anyone linked to you. Everyone linked by you two would be able communicate directly to each other (this is including the trained beasts and familiars) and to be able to use an action to look through use each other's senses (like a familiar). Touch spells would not be available through the beasts though.
The party can communicate silently to each other and look through each other's and pet's/familiar's eyes while they are within 120' of Rog or Bridgette.
Kumiko, I hadn't realized you also had the telepathic feat. Rog & Bridgette are related characters so I gave the extra range and other bonuses to reflect their closes ties. I decided you can also benefit from the extra range and people can use you as a link, as long as the following conditions are met: You are linked to one of the two telepathic siblings AND that sibling is in range of the other one. This can potentially create a linear distance of 600' (Party member----Rog------Bridgette-----Kumiko-Party member). If one them is not in range then it will just be normal telepathy.
Feeling the mental link between everyone in range communicates, "Perhaps Rog and his companions can scout a bit for us but remain within the confines of the communication link abilities. This will be a good test to work out or skills and capabilities and learn each other's strengths. We best stay within say 20 ft of Bridgette which will keep us all within 40 ft of one another. Rog should try and stay within 40 ft of Bridgette too as we work out the kinks? Of course, if you have any recommendations go for it."
Aegnor advances to stay 20 ft ahead of Bridgette and keeps Shadow at his side for the moment. Once they have intel on the groups he'll act to handle any enemies.
Regarding the familiar, actually Nox is a currently a bat, so I think his passive stealth is 12. I'm fine taking 10. Guile wants to know initially about the number of creatures than identifying them. But he'll send his familiar into a nearby tree and to try to see/hear what they might be.
Thanks, sorry was busy on Saturdady and didn't get a chance to post.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Provide feedback!

Anytime Rog uses his great axe it will be with the great weapon master feat just so you know and I don't have to say it every time
