Godofbiteme: Vanja finished off the Trog priest (Mr Skull). Just The Trog to the southwest of You was killed by Gema. You have the 4 trogs to the west and south of you nearby.
We just need Bridgette's action (Which I will auto run as move action and an Eldritch blast at Winged icon if no response in the next couple of hours), Group 1's only has the Winged Icon spell caster & Giant Troglodyte left, then we can wrap up Zelgius's (& zombie's) and group's 2 actions.
Wow, Godofbiteme Rog is doing some heavy hitting! I've not played a barbarian before - what have you chosen to get you that +17 on damage? That's fantastic.
Can't argue with that there. Next time if you plan build a level 4 and over melee based character definitely go for it. It's also one of my favourite feats alongside Sharpshooter (which is similar except ranged).

Seria (Female Dragon-In-Disguise Sorcerer, Draconic Bloodline)
I love sharpshooter for my rangers (Or any missile based character)!
Attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls.
Your ranged weapon attacks ignore half and three-quarters cover.
Before you make an attack with a ranged weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll. If that attack hits, you add +10 to the attack's damage.
I use the optional rules for rangers instead of the original rule. Having forest based Ranger sucks underground, having a desert based Ranger sucks on a high seas adventure, etc. Such niche abilities that always seems to be the wrong choice. I'll take the bonus spell options and skills anyday!
The trogs used mostly claws and bite, and most of their javelins are garbage, though a few of them are of passable quality. There are 2 good quality tridents. Quite a few of them do have belts with pouches on them. The Trog near the tree to the east is actually wearing a cloak. Among the defenders you'll notice a short sword that has silvery hue noticeable even on this moonless night. 2 Shields & 4 spears you can pick up... Anything else to grab will require a ten minute period to search the bodies. (If you do that you can spend hit dice to "heal" up.) You will need an hour to do a short rest and you probably don't have time for that.

Guile is in the road, staying about 20' behind Rog.
Did the tree catch fire and now providing light and visibility to all the troglodytes closing ranks?

GodofBiteme - I don't use critical failure, it's only a house rule some DM's use.
Kumiko - Communicating telepathically is a free action :)

Past characters:
Cariadne - Forest of Celador
Daphyra Fuffletail - The City of Cats
DM - Geek Legends - Wild beyond the Witchlight
Leela Steadystone - Adventures in the Sands
Mirri Goldenhorn - Journeys through the Radiant Citadel
Lola Smythe-Whyte - Larkin Expedition
Daphyra - Deathworld: Lost Mine of Phandelver
Vanja - Binder's Hold and the Problem with the Mine
He's using Great Weapon Master... -5 penalty on all attacks, gives a +10 bonus to damage.
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Provide feedback!
That's awesome! Def have to consider that feat next time.

Good night all, Round 4 has started, go ahead and let me know how you plan to finish off the last few of the Trogs. I'll review in the morning :)

Do any of the bodies have any big or just twisted looking weapons or anything that looks immediately valuable
