Infuriated by the demise of his fellow followers, C looks upon all the enemies that have struck them down and hit him. Deciding upon the one that hit him earlier, he sends his ghostly hand upon the IronMaiden.
But it just floats past and misses her in his frustration of being the last man standing.
As Reed's arrow flies, it hits the last of the necromites right between the eyes and he crumples where he stands.
The two skeletons watch this happen, then look at each other and back at Reed. If a question could be apparent on a skeleton's face... there is one on theirs.
Archie moves to the fallen necromites, she carefully searches their clothes for anything of importance. Having taken an interest in whatever this myrkul is, she takes her time to do so.
Virro walks forward as well, eager to search the pockets and things of these “amateurs”, hoping that there might be some useful information or items that would be put to good use, in the correct hands. “Really. These guys needed to go back to their day jobs.” He touches the back of his right glove and focuses his mind as he searches their bodies for clues, goodies, and most importantly, secrets.
Corlith leaves Archie, Virro and Reed to investigate the bodies and moves to the corner of the tunnel the skeletons are scouting, watching as they disappear down it, sloshing through the water.
He focusses his senses on listening for anything up ahead, or spotting any flickering torchlight.
"Are you crazy!?" Roo screeches at Archie after the battle wraps up. "You could have roasted me! All of Gallus's glorious feathers!"
He takes a minute, huffing and catching his breath, as he watches everyone else search corpses, search the room, loot bodies. The chicken cocks his head quick from side to side...then looks to the top of the stairs as Glory of Morning comes sauntering over them looking for him.
"There you are!" He says to the derelict possum. He struts up the steps and returns to the saddle. "I swear, if those skeletons up ahead ever stop moving, I'm going to pull their backbone out and give it to you."
Slowly he rides Glory of Morning down toward the fetid water and falls in behind the scouting skeletons...
The skeletons slosh through the water at Reed's direction, disappearing around the corner.
Corlith checks and makes sure the coast is clear and Roo starts following the skeletons on his pet possum at a distance. Unfortunately with the lantern and Archie's flame back with the bodies, he can't see much.
Other than the clattering of bones as the pair of skeletons move along, there is no sound coming from the tunnel.
"sorry Roo, I'll be more careful in the future, no more accidents yeah? ...Next time I'll make sure to do the job properly" Archie more or less mutters the last bit, questioning in her head why on earth she's taking any criticism from a hyperactive bird.
Wilfred takes a moment to recover, then starts to follow the other. "What he did there with his hand, that was not fun. Alright, is everyone okay? We should keep moving. Yea?" He'll move forward, following the skeletons.
“Hey dad Wilfred, let me know if you need any more healing, ok? When we find a good spot, we can rest some more. For now, let’s press on.” Virro steps forward, wanting to put Wilfred on second line since he’s hurt.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Reed takes one last look at the beams overhead and decides they'll hold, hopefully. He then turns and quickly follows after the group, keeping his lantern up out of the water as he sloshes through.
"How many does that make now?" Reed asks as he walks along. "We should really charge by the body. Maybe we should bring a finger back from each one of these cultists to show the captain."
Otherwise, he keeps the skeletons walking ahead of them, all the while scanning the walls as they pass for any sign of hard to see doorways or archways, or anything else lurking in the dark.
“Great idea, Reed!” Virro says, beaming with excitement. “I’ll be the keeper of the fingers. Does anyone have an extra dagger, I’ll remove a finger from each of those on the stairs and keep them in my little pouch, for safekeeping. We can show the Captain!” After that, he returns to the front to keep watch forward with Reed, grinning at the skeletons.

About half of the boils disappear off Wilfred's skin, but the remaining are still painful as walks out of the room with the dead cultists and heads towards the stairs.
Virro moves a touch faster and gets in line after Roo'Stor as the party starts moving on up the stairs and out of the water.
As you all head up the stairs and the tunnel ahead is alit with Reed's lantern and Archie's well, Archie.. you see a hall of doors. Three on the right, one on the left and one at the end where the skeletons have piled up and stopped walking.
"no one offers me any bloody healing, blew myself half to hell but oh no! She'll be fine I suppose!" Archie says too loud to merely be a sarcastic thought to herself. She looks up and down the corridor of doors and thinks for a moment, "if the skeletons is where we wanna be heading then should we check other doors first? Might find a storage room with shit to pilfer, or maybe we'll just find the John, though I won't be pilfering any of that particular shit"
After Archie's statement, Wilfred will go up to Virro and whisper "I'm fine, but you should go help your .... Ahem. Go help Archie. She got banged up."
Wilfred will look at the doors then down to the ground, looking to see if there are more tracks heading to one door than another. Survival 10
“Oh, absolutely!” Virro says, “Sorry, I didn’t notice. I was focused on the damage from that interesting color hand that shot out. Mine is usually grey-green, but their hand was blue-grey…. fascinating! Let me heal her right away…”
Virro casts cure wounds on Archie for 11 points of healing, saying surprisingly tenderly “I’m sorry I didn’t notice…”

Reed slides his head around the corner of the wall and smiles at there only being one of the necro-weirdos left.
He lines him up and lets another arrow fly.
Action - Shortbow - (18+6) = 24 to hit for (5+4) = 9 damage
He then looks over at the two skeletons.
"What are you two waiting for? Get in there and help." Reed says, directing the two skeletons to join the fight.
Bonus Action - Direct skeletons.
He then just steps back around the wall to make sure no one is sneaking up on them from that direction.

Reed then looks over at Virro and then to the dead cult members then back to Virro with a raised eyebrow.
"Is there really a tendon you can cut that makes it impossible for some one to walk?" Reed asks.
