Nargun, as you focus on the boulder, you try and try very hard to get it to move or do anything. But it simply just stands there. Master Senn, seeing your difficulty, says, "Hmm. Try again one more twime. Hwoever, try to extend your lifwe force to it, or use your ki to intwereact woth it."
Caoril looks up from his the paper he is writing an intricately crafted poem in beautiful, flowing script. He watches the giant wondering if he will be able to move the boulder. As he watches, he observes Nargun and how he moves. How does he focus? How does he observe? He continues to sit by the water and take in all he can about the giant.
Nargun, you concentrate hard, and you almost feel as if you are extending your very soul energy towards the boulder, and then you feel it. You feel the boulder move. You suddenly look up, and you see the boulder suspended almost 10 ft in the air. However, before you can even celebrate, your grip on the boulder suddenly slips, and the boulder drops to the ground and smashes into the dirt, kicking up a cloud of dust.
"Hmm, very impressive," Master Senn noted, "Nwow all yo need to dwo is pratice more, and soon, youll get the hwang of it." Suddenly, Master Senn notices you, Caoril, and eaves his hand towards ypu, and calls, " Hey! You! Uhhhhh, Coral! Come here!"
Huzur raises an eyebrow and smiles as the boulder rises into the air. He claps Nargun on the back once it falls to the ground.
He then eyes the new monk named Coral as they approach.
Caoril (Carol to Huzur) sees that one of the monks with Master Senn is a a lean, very scarred, and heavily tattooed half-orc with unremarkable greenish-gray skin and tusks.
Caoril carefully packs his brush and ink into its case and scatters fine sand across his page before rolling it up and into a tubular case. He rises gracefully and approaches. “How can I serve you, Master Senn?”
"Im hwere tryin to hwelp these bwoys unluck their new abilities, bwut to bwe honest, I believe **** twey would understand it bwetter coming fwim another student that cwan come up better ways to train someone nwear their age. Tell them about how it was like fwor you when you unlocked your abwilities. Also, did the new supply shipment cwome in ywet? I got a case of my special brews in thwere," Master Senn says drunkenly
Caoril bows to Master Senn, “I am happy to be of help as I can, Master.”
He turns to the two brutes in front of him. “I am Caoril. I have been here at the Monastery for two years now. Having learned the Universal Knowledge opened up my mind in ways I could not imagine previously. I spent long periods in meditation and deep reflection to uncover new truths about myself. Each of you will need to find your path to this knowledge. It is different for every one of us. I am happy to work with you if you desire.”
Master Senn pops his head in and asks drunkenly, "Uhh, twhe supply shipment did come, rwight? I am runnin low on whiskey. Awnd Tewquila. And Rye. And Beer. And Scotch. Awnd Vwodka."
Caoril returns his attention to Master Senn, “Of course, Master. I am assured that all deliveries are on schedule. I will see to an accurate accounting being delivered to you once I return to the kitchens for my duties.” He gives the two new initiates a knowing look. “Perhaps we three can meet together again soon? I look forward to our engaging interaction.”
"Caoril," he says, acknowledging the correct name and not Master Senn's slurred rendition of Coral.
He also gives a nod of his head to the diminutive dwarf.
"Huzur," he says to Thulnam as way of greeting.
Realizing that Master Senn has disappeared, he can feel his frustration beginning to come to the surface.
"Another one disappears without actually saying anything," Huzur says, a hint of anger ripples in his words. "You mention different paths but they go to the same place? What is this Universal Knowledge?"
“Hello, Thulnam. I am Caoril. I have just met Nargun and Huzur as well.”
Caoril looks up to the giant, “The kitchens are where I found my place of service. I enjoy cooking. Specifically, the prep. I find chopping vegetables to be very relaxing. If you have interest there I am sure they can find you a purpose.”

Suddenly, a voice says behind you Huzur, "The Universal Knowledge is the very energy of the universe itself, and a small portion of it is gifted to each of us." You all turn to see a human with black hair, a black gi with the sleeves torn off at the shoulders and brown sandals. He also holds a empty brown cloth bag by a small rope on his back. The man continues, "The Universal Knowledge the gift of the universe, and yes, we go different paths based on how we use this power, but it all comes from one source, the Universe."
Thulnam, Caoril, click on spoiler
You both recognize this human as one out of the two people who has been confirmed to have mastered and draw out the full potwntial of the Universal Knowledge! You only know his name to be Ryu
“Well said, Ryu. Think of the Universal Knowledge as a city. There are many roads in and out of the city. People make their way by different routes and many never make it there at all.” Thulnam takes a step back and bows his head to the human. “We were just introducing ourselves to the new recruits.”
Huzur doesn't feel like anything Master Ryu is saying is answering his question. But how does he say he just wants the visions of the dead to stop and to be at peace and to make amends for what he has done?
He ends up sighing deeply instead.
"What usually happens next, Master Ryu?" Huzur asks, doing his best to keep his frustration in check.

Ooc: kinda winged that last one. Lol

“No need…” A second hill dwarf approaches. “Master Senn, I’ve just finished checking your order. Everything has been accounted for.”
The dwarf looks to the rest of the group. ”Ah… I didn’t realize we had new recruits. Hello, my name is Thulnam.”
Thulnam stands 4 feet tall with warm, light brown skin. His head is shaved on the sides, while rest of his long black hair is kept in a long braid.
Nargun looks very pleased with herself and introduces herself to Caoril and Thulnam.
" Do you require assistance in the kitchens?"
You all don't notice as Master Senn casually strolls off towards the kitchen, where his alcohol is usually stored when it comes in.
Huzur nods to Caoril.
"Caoril," he says, acknowledging the correct name and not Master Senn's slurred rendition of Coral.

He the listens patiently to the Master’s lesson to Nargun and Huzur.
