(Since #1698 did not say who had the house deed, Gendan is carrying the house deed as per #1693.)
Gendan is uneasy about Folki giving up his backpack, as she believes it contains the items he claimed at Jay’s house. She is positioned behind Folki, and keeps an icy glare right at the orc, but says nothing. (She’s doing her best impression of The Mountain from Game of Thrones.)
Val is a wolf. The bandits think you are the party's pet so he is at the front of the party. 5ft away from the captain (Val would probably be forced to get back since the captain has Elsara).
EDIT: Just realized that Val turned into a wolf after you came to the tree. So the Bandits would see you transform. You are at the head of the party. If the 4 members of the party occupy a 15x10 square, each bandit group are 10ft away from each side of the square.

(Now that I know Vals there and the rogue is in the tree, do you want to take the boss and Folki will aerial attack the rogue?)
(Sounds like a plan but seems that Elsara will take a critical hit if we aren’t fast enough... Can’t Elsara try an acrobatics or athletics roll to break the grapple? If so he will hold his action until she tries...)
the wolf growls and takes one step forward, showing his teeth to the bandit.
The orc is intimidated but not everyone reacts the same when they are scared. The tip of the metal javelin pushes against Elsara's neck harder and it begins to hurt. (Doesn't break the skin yet). "S-Stay back! I WILL DO IT! I WILL KILL HER!" (The orc is avoiding eye contact from Gendan so maybe you can use that to your advantage. )
"Umm... A little less than thirty gold." Elsara says, recalling how much she was given the prior night. "Well, one of the coins is platinum, but that equates to about 10 gold, right?"
The orc seems to think further. He shouts to the party, "Don't move a single muscle or she dies." He then orders the rogue to empty Elsara's pockets. (Since you guys don't have a waggon, I'm assuming everyone is carrying all their stuff in their backpacks.) The rogue carefully takes Elsara's backpack, making sure not to give the young elf an opening. All of Elsara's things get dumped on the floor. Among those things is an unlit bomb. The orc looks at the party and smiles he says, "We'll be taking the bomb, the rope and the elf's money." The rogue starts pocketing the things the captain listed. The orc still hasn't let go of Elsara though.
(So... decision time. What will the party do? You've discussed various possible things you can do OOC. but which one of those will you do? You could risk Elsara getting critted and try to rush the orc commander. The crossbow bandits will most likely open fire on you. Or you could let them take the things they want and be on your way.)
(Well I can't imagine they would be happy leaving with just Elasaras stuff, and I know at least Gendan and Folki are desperate for that money. I've hopefully got an idea if everyones happy)
(I'd assume if the party is planning on acting, when they are trying to remove Elsara's backpack would be a time to do so. It's not easy to take someone's pack off while they are being held with their back against an orc's front. Also it should be noted that the bomb is bundled up in the blanket as mentioned when I got it that I kept it well covered, so they would have to rummage properly to remove it from the blanket first. Plenty of openings. Also Elsara wouldn't make it easy to remove the backpack, ensuring to be the most nonviolent roadblock in them attempting to look through her stuff.)

The orc is intimidated and avoids Gendan's icy glare.
(Sorry what’s Valwarin position regarding the bandits?)

( Ok Thanks so Val could run towards the one that had Elsara and try to trip him?)

Nope! Elsara can't do contest grapple again.

"If you want some money there's some on my belt." Elsara tells the orc holding her. "I don't have a lot but you can have it if you need it."
She stops attempting to wriggle free for now, but is ready to engage and attempt to break free should it all kick off.
(OOC: Her pouch has 1 platinum and 18 gold in it. Not a lie or a trick.)
The orc seems to think for a bit before saying, "How much?"
