(Does a 94 not allow you to act? Seems like a good roll... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
( I am interpreting that a 48 percentile means that I need to roll under 48... so in this case a 94 is not good for us... Playing Rolemaster for example.. that would have been a pretty good roll XD )
Since you have a 48% chance of acting, it means on future turns, anything above 52 lets you act... but let me roll percentile next time or it will get confusing. Also, no matter how high you rolled the first turn was always going to go to the crowd: Them chanting for death.
Gendan:
I assume you will not use the first point of Patron's Affinity then (the one that changes damage type of spells) since you used Hellish Rebuke with Fire damage.
R. Tiger's DEX save: 20
The flames of hell surround the Tabaxi and singe his fur. He thrashes around trying to hit the flames. His swift movements lessen the fire's effectiveness. Almost immediately after the flames lick him, Gendan's blade successfully cuts into Tiger's back but he seems to angry to care. (Rage: Resistance on non magic slashing, bludgeoning and piercing).
Runt, your turn.
Next Round: Arena - (Val's action) Val, state what you will do. It will take place after Runt's turn.
I don't recall being given any details about Patron's Affinity. The item's only description says that it's a placeholder. That said, no I won't make any change to the Hellish Rebuke.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Runt spits blood, Good, this will be FUN!! She roars! and goes into a blinding rage. With the Stormbringer's fury she attacks with reckless abandon attempting to overwhelm her foes with her sheer ferocity.
Rage and Reckless attacks
Attack 1 Attack: 21 Damage: 15
Attack 2 Attack: 27 Damage: 21forgot im not level 5
Divine Fury 6 thunder damage
EDIT BELOW:
It was pointed out to me that the catman is being flanked and i get advantage from that so if true i will not reckless attack.
While Tiger's attention is divided between the hell fire and Gendan's blade, Runt moves in and delivers a blow to the brute's head. Her big hammer (your maul is a hammer right?) makes a loud boom as it strikes.
(Oh right. I completely blanked out on that for some reason)
Val, uses the crowd's cheering for death to his advantage and bolsters Runt's life force. Her belly injury is now just a bad scratch (2 HP less from being at full health)
The Tabaxi is extremely angry. His breathing is heavier, eyes wilder and he's frothing at the mouth. He has entered a Frenzy and seeks to eviscerate Runt.
Runt sees a massive swing and blocks it with her hammer. The force is so great that, though she blocked the attack successfully, she is knocked off-balance. This makes her helpless against the second swing that hits her in the face and the world goes black for a split second. As the world fades back into vision, she sees a brown blur as she takes another massive hit below her jaw, causing her to spray the blood that had pooled in her mouth from the last hit. She stumbles back a few steps, barely managing to stop herself from falling down.
Runt and Gendan's turn. Next Round Arena effect: Does Val act? (3) - NO
Maintaining a flanking position, Gendan swings her longsword again as a Booming Blade, Attack: 24 for 6 slashing damage. (Add 6 thunder damage if the target willingly moves before Gendan's next turn.)
Hoping to get some of her ribs mending back together quickly, Gendan downs a healing potion (8 HP)
(DM: I’m assuming bonus action for self-administered potion. I don’t recall if you’d ruled on that before.)
Gendan: You can't use a bonus action for a potion unless you have an ability that lets you do that (I believe the Rogue Thief has something like that). I did rule that in the Campaign section. I did say that if you use an action to search for an item, you can use that item for free if you do it immediately after finding it.
I will let you decide whether you wish to use the potion as your action or the attack.
Despite what recent events may suggest, I'm actually rooting for the PCs.
Runt quickly regains balance and lunges with her hammer. The sudden movements have caused her attack to not have as much impact as it normally would but one can't deny the effectiveness of the Stormbringer's blessing as another sound of thunder shakes the arena when Runt's hammer connects with the Tabaxi's gut.
Arena: Some ******* in the audience says to Gendan, "Hey, red ***** what you drinking a potion for? Stand still and let the champ kill you. I bet a lot of money on you and your girlfriend dying today." The guy throws a bottle at Gendan. Hit: 22 Dmg:6 Slashing.
(OOC: I'm trying to make Commander Crusette and the arena audience really unlikable and crude. Is it working?)
Gendan avoids the bottle with ease as it breaks against the arena floor with a crash.
Tiger roars at Runt and swings madly and recklessly. He leaves himself open to attacks in an attempt to crush Runt Attack 1: 17 (Adv: 21) Dmg: 12 Attack 2: 9 Dmg: 10 Attack 3: 23 Dmg: 11
As Runt got close to the brute to connect her last attack, she feels a powerful knee hit her diaphragm. As she struggles to catch her breath, she takes another hit to her stomach which causer her to puke blood on the Tabaxi's foot. Runt takes a few steps back again and sees the Tabaxi jump into the air for a downward swing that would completely crush Runt's skull. However, the half-orc warrior is quick to dodge the killing blow. The maul only hits the dirt with a muffled thud.

Check the Feat section.
Runt, are you sure you want to use Reckless attack? If you position yourself a bit, you can get advantage regardless.
Also, Val gets to act now.
If i can get flanking advantage i would do that instead. I'm not used to flanking rules.

Val, Gendan looks more injured. Are you sure you want to target Runt?
(Didn't she used second wind to bolster herslef a little bit? If she is still more injured then he will heal Gendan instead of course... )

Gendan will opt for the healing potion, then, but will maintain a flanking position to give Runt advantage.

Runt's turn.
Dear DM,
Runt would appreciate it very much if YOU WOULD STOP ROLLING MAX DAMAGE ON EVERY ATTACK AGAINST HER!
The pain is good. It makes one feel alive. For how much longer, only the gods now. Runt swings her maul, taking advantage of her teammates position.
