Of course, by this time Folki has headed out the other side of the village and is heading to the nearest part of the forest (which just so happens to be the same as the others) to try and prove his worth by finding evidence of the goblins. By now I would reckon he has at least a twenty minute head start after the arguing with the father and asking around the village, and is flying as he isn't carrying his pack. He has all his axes in his belt and two of his javelins clutched in his left hand.
Also all he heard from when they came into the village was Tracy saying how the house wasn't like that when they arrived, so he doesn't know anything about the argument with the father or the rest. He's assuming that it was a goblin attack because that's what they were first told and becasue by now he's probably forgotten all about the fact that the two just eloped (very easily distracted)
"But if Alan hadn't gone with Tracey together, they could've actually been kidnapped by goblins, or died!" Elsara argues. "I think you should sit down and talk with both of them and listen before being all grumpy and shouty. Old people are always stuck in their ways. We're gonna go try and defeat the goblins to keep you safe until then, so please try and play nice."
"Alright alright fine." The man seemed to give up, not wanting to argue further. Then he looks at Elsara with a very serious look. (Intimidation: 4) "But I'm telling you! You guys don't know what this man is capable of. Ask his parents if you don't believe me." Tears then forms in his eyes as he continues, "Old ways or not, I honestly think death would be more merciful fate than spending a life with this man." Tracey starts crying. (He's not very intimidating while crying)
(Present time)
DM: Are you guys sure you wanna go now? It would take a day to reach the nearest "goblin" block on the map
"Its getting to be late in the day. Iffin' yeh want, I can ask the temple here to put us up for the night and we can search in the mornin'."

"We've been traveling all day, lass. And iffin the goblins are smarter than a bag of rocks, which they are by a wee bit, than they won't be stayin' close by. As fer the lovebirds, yeh can't go shovin' yerself into peoples business. Iffin' they want to talk, thats fine but I really think this is somethin' they need to work on themselves."

"Fiiine..." Elsara says, stopping from her skipping pace alongside the group. She'll begin working on her ritual alarms as per usual.
(It is fairly obvious she seems a bit agitated about how the "love story" isn't playing out like it does in the books she has spent so much time reading.)
You all spend the night at the local temple of Lathander. The priest there raised Gym so he was more than happy to let you stay for the night and give you good food and drinks. At 4:00 AM next morning, you all set off to locate the goblin hideout. You don't encounter anything on the way.
Summer-7 Time 4:00 AM
Your location is Row-1 Block 4
You haven't gone too deep into the forest yet the thick trees around you and their canopies already makes it a bit hard to see very far (You can't see beyond 60ft). There are various tress of different shapes and sizes around you. Moss grows on the damp side of some trees. The sun has started to rise but it is still dark out.
Everyone (Including Val), to find the Goblin hideout roll Investigation(INT). You may choose to give someone else advantage on their roll by helping them instead of rolling.
Folki takes off and quickly realizes that the tree branches and the accompanying leaves makes it near impossible to spot anything from above. He finds nothing.
After much searching Elsara and Skiirod notice a cave with goblin markings around it. She finds an odd wall inside the cave. The wall seems to be made of 2000 year old stones. Upon further investigation Skiirod finds a trapdoor hidden under grass and dirt. There is a ladder under the trapdoor. The door and the ladder are fairly recent creations compared to the ancient stones.

(DM: Does Folki find anything in the woods or does he jsut get bored and come back when it gets dark?)
DM: Folki gets bored and comes back when it gets dark.
Folki flies above them searching the ground like a fantasy UAV
Investigation : 10
Folki takes off and quickly realizes that the tree branches and the accompanying leaves makes it near impossible to spot anything from above. He finds nothing.
Not being very perceptive person, Skriiod will attempt to help Elsara investigate the area.
Help roll. 1
Kres - Aarakocra Monk - Level 1 - Lost Mines of Phandelver
Skiirod, a help roll is not necessary in this case. Elsara will roll with advantage due to your help.
Elsara will look around intent on finding the goblins.
Investigation: 13 (advantage from Skiirod's help)
After much searching Elsara and Skiirod notice a cave with goblin markings around it. She finds an odd wall inside the cave. The wall seems to be made of 2000 year old stones. Upon further investigation Skiirod finds a trapdoor hidden under grass and dirt. There is a ladder under the trapdoor. The door and the ladder are fairly recent creations compared to the ancient stones.
"Hey, look everyone!" Elsara tells them in a stage whisper, pointing out the above. "It's a secret passageway!"
Elsara takes her shortsword out and gets ready to go down with the others.
Folki drops down from between the trees. He gives the trapdoor a small pull to see if it's locked.....
