Elsara will thank the red-haired lady before rushing to catch up to Folki. She sees him looking into the room. "Mister Folki." She says in a stage whisper. "Why'd you run off like that?"

(Little recon here ) 

“A circus? What’s a circus?” Says Valwarin. He walks with Elsara, tapping one of the lizard in the head petting him and truly impressed by the spider. 

“There was one of these back at my home, but we left her in their territory on the forest, it was on the fold of the mountains to be exact...” 

He then follows Elsara towards where Floki seems to be. 

(Retcons are always allowed)

Elyza shrugs and stays behind. She will begin studying the plants to see if there's anything she can take with her.

Elsara will have been reciting what she knows about the hercules spider to Val as they went to have a look, still ending up walking in on Folki's stalking ;-)

Gym will stay at the camp with Elyza. "So, Doc, I don't think the others mentioned to me what yeh need the herbs for."

(Retcon) Gendan shows little interest at Folki's announcement of a circus. She is exhausted from the hot day and would rather stay cool at the camp near the water.

"I'll stay back and watch the camp."

Elyza answers, "We're looking for a special orange moss that grows in Moonglow. As you know, Moonglow is a magical forest so components from that place are more magically reactive. Some components gain new magical properties, keeping their physical and..." Elyza pauses for a bit before saying, "The short of it is, orange moss causes a disease called Moss Madness when it is touched. This disease is magical in nature so Master Cronomane wants to study it's magical properties in comparison to other moss and examine just how it causes Moss Madness and what changes in the body when it becomes infected."

"That's actually rather fascinatin'. Hopefully we can get yeh some good samples then."

"Yeah. Just don't touch it. It takes a special kind of magically warded clothes to be able to touch it safely." She points to your armor and says, "Metal armor, gauntlets or gloves, unless magically warded can't stop it from infecting you."

"Good to know. Won't be touchin' it then."

"Then again..." Elyza contemplates something. "Having a live test subject would do wonders for our research. Would you mind if we opened up your skull observed how your brain works before and after being infected?" Because of the plague doctor's mask, you are not sure if she's joking or not.

"Well sure, just so long as yeh remember to screw it back on when yer done. Don't want anythin' leakin' out, yeh know?" Gym will stoneface his response. Classic deadpan sarcasm.

Elyza doesn't say anything else as something seems to catch her eye. She picks up spider from the grass and mutters, "Dissection time." as she puts it into a jar. She will set up her equipment and begin dissecting the spider with a smaller version of the knife she's carrying.

Gym will watch for a moment, before getting a little uncomfortable, absentmindedly placing a hand on a his head and then pulling out his prayer book as to not pay attention to the creepy doctor anymore.

Elsara's still waiting for Folki's response, her view going from him to the open doorway.

Folki stands in the doorway looking at the birdman, a moment of panic and then concern and then nervousness cross his face. He speaks in the aarakocra tongue, long vowels punctuated by clicks, trills and hiss--like sounds

The birdman wakes up and rubs his eyes. He speaks to you in aarakocra.

Elsara hears the clicking bird noises from Folki and the other aarakocra. "Umm... Should I leave you two alone to chat?" She asks, feeling she's invading on a private conversation, but also interested because it's the third aarakocra she's ever seen. "We could ask Miss Elyza to come and check on him."

"No need" says the druid " I think I can heal him if you allow me" he says to the injured bird man.
