"... by Tempus I swear that druid is going to infuriate me so much I'm going to kill him in wolf form and wear his pelt as a cloak! Why do elves all think they're so much better than everyone because they're three million bloody years old!"
“It’s the way it’s always been. Even those of us that aren’t pure elf blood are looked down upon.”
“So sad...” he looks to the other circus folk “be wary the rest of you. As long as you produce enough income it seems that you are not free to leave this... circus.”
He looks again to the Beast Master and neglects with his head. He goes to the tiger and the spider and says “I am sorry. Try to escape whenever you can...” and leaves the place back to the camp.
When he reaches it he says to Elsara.
”Elsara, can you explain me something? “ he says in elvish “How come that what I am trying to free some prisioner animals in a non violent way and he goes and start punching me it’s me who is beign rrude? At least I was trying to help those poor animals. “
Elsara doesn't look up from her alarm rituals. "You were both being rude." She says, attempting to keep some composure. She is also feeling wounded by the conforntation. "Just because they're not as old as us doesn't mean they're children. I try to embrace my emotions, just like the others, because people just see elves as aloof pompous people who don't care for the other races, 'the grown-ups need to talk'. Folki's not a kid..." She pauses what she is doing, recalling something in her past; something that hits a nerve. "You two need to make up. You need to say sorry for treating him like a kid, and he needs to say sorry for hitting you... Please, I don't like when my friends fight each other..." With that she goes back to her rituals, trying not to cry.
“But Elsara... he is just... what? 2-4 years old? I am very aware that the other races doesn’t age at the same rate as us... but that doesn’t mean I must endure being bullied by a child that gets upset just because... I don’t know why! I wasn’t talking to him, since the very first moment I offered to heal his friend and I’ve not only beign rudely ignored but first bullied and then punched until almost to be knocked down just because I tried to make my point? And what happened after I did? Nothing! I’ve been insulted, wounded and ignored, and not by some slavers in the disguise of entertainers, but from my very allies. And what I did? Start punching? No, I behave myself didn’t start a fight. You seem to get excited every time we found an animal, and when they needed you to stand for them, you kept silence and aligned with those that hurt them. Meditate on this tonight and reconsider who needs to make amends with whom. But rest assured, I will talk to him, if I don’t get punched in the face again.”
With that, he goes directly to Flolki.
“Flolki we need to talk. Now. And I say talk, not fight, if you are going to start a fight like a beast instead of speak like civilized people let me conjure my magic to speak with animals as I did before and I talk while you punch. Again.”
“My offer stands” says Val to Cyrus “ Despite the fact that neither you or your friend had been polite enough to answer me the two other times I did, I can heal your wounded wing. We must wait till the morning now though...” he says “ but I want to help you. You see, it seems that it’s a kind of my thing. Trying to help those in need and hurting. “
He waits for an answer for any of the two aaracokra
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gym will have placed his book down in light of recent events with returning party. He doesn't want to get involved in whatever that is, but will certainly greet Cyrus amicably. "Well met. lets take a looksie, eh?" After giving the wing a once over, "Oh yeah, burned it good, didn't yeh? We can have that healed up in a jiffy."
Sura of the Shaltari - Level 2 Human Barbarian - Lost Mine of Phandelver Tarhun Delmirev - Level 1 Dragonborn Paladin - Out of the Abyss Gymgier Morigak - Level 2 Dwarf Cleric - The Guild DM - Storm King's Thunder
Gym successfully cures Cyrus' injury however, he noticed something very strange. Cyrus' wing was already partially healed from natural processes. In spite of this, it took Gym much more effort to heal what remained of the injury compared to even mortal wounds of his friends.
Gym, Make Religion(WIS) to get an idea of why this task was much harder than healing your allies.
Cyrus, oblivious to Gym's effort (he thinks this much extra effort is normal) thanks him sincerely. He turns to Folki and says, "I'll be going back now. I need to make up for lost time by practicing extra hard. It was nice meeting you and your friends." Cyrus spreads his wings and takes flight, heading full speed towards the circus.
Elyza organizes her dissection notes before cleaning the table. She puts the spider's organs into small vials filled with strange liquid.

I asked for Religion(WIS) but you have the same modifier so your roll is still 20
Gym, it takes you a while to figure this out but you eventually do. You realize that it is much more difficult to heal random people for two reasons. You have formed bonds with your allies over the course of your adventures so you can heal them much quicker and with much less effort. Secondly, you and your allies are exceptionally fit and able. You are innately better than the average adventurer or mercenary in every field. However, experience and training can easily topple your natural advantage. Because of this, overconfidence is dangerous to you and your allies .Your allies can also be easily and quickly healed by your spells compared to that of an average cleric.
[OOC] My bad. I knew that too, and in the three seconds from reading to posting I completely whiffed. Go me.

Oh, I'll use this time to say: Everyone add 30XP to your character sheet. Reason: RP DRAMA! (But seriously, the circus was a random RP encounter so it should award XP)
“Be on your guard Cyrus. Be sure to be able to go out of that awful place whenever you want to. They don’t seem to have much respect for the freedom of others...” says Valwarin while the little bird man goes off flying. He then turns again towards his companion, waiting for him to talk.
Nothing else is going to happen that night so I'm moving forward. You can RP whatever during this time. For reference, Elyza will take first watch again because she has to analyze her notes.
Summer 29 (25 --->29) (Again you can RP the events that might happen during that time. No, there were no random encounters, I meant RP between the party) Time 8: 00 PM
On the night of 29, you've reached Moonglow forest. The moon is large and visible in the sky. Tomorrow will be a full moon night. Looking into the forest, you see the blue glow of magical plants glow brighter than before. It seems the light glows stronger with the size of the moon. The beautiful blue lights allow you to see (dim light) at night. Compared to Summer 25 and Summer 26, the weather is much cooler, though it is still hot (no disadvantage). You can see a few fireflies flying around and you can hear crickets and cicadas. During the trip, you had to use more water than usual to get through the heat waves.
Your reserve water: 18 pints (in everyone's waterskin). Status:No Exhaustion
MAP:
Your Position: Row-4 Column-6 (Your previous known location: Row-8 Column-6)
Elyza says, "It's easy to get infected by diseases in forests, especially magical ones. I suggest everyone be careful."
"Unless you're a spider, yes"
Turning towards the dwarven cleric "Gym, could you give Cyrus a look over and see if there's anything you can do for the burns?"
"Do not worry lady Elsara, I was listenimg. Just I think the others have over ruled you, do not let it get you down." Skriiod says, place his hand on her shoulder.

He seems truly wounded for her words.
