Cost to transcribe is the same as in the rule books I am listing the cost of buying the spell scrolls themselves, at least, this is the price the shopkeeper is asking.
Comprehend Language - 66gp Find Familiar - 110gp Identify - 55 gp Tenser's Floating Disk - 55gp Magic Weapon - 275 gp Mirror Image - 440 gp See Invisibility - 220 gp Spider Climb - 385 gp
She will then head over to a smith's shop to purchase the copper wire and other bits and bobs (as previously discussed about Elsara's spellbook) to copy the spells across (2x50 gp). It'll take 4 hours of downtime to copy the spells across afterwards.
She will also attempt to purchase some of the incense etc. and a brazier for casting Find familiar (30 gp on the components for 3 castings, price dependant on whether a brazier can be found).
Alongside the price of the chest, blankets, and buckets (1gp, 1sp), the Subtotal is as follows:
Rations for 10 days will run you: 5GP 5 SP Horse stuff will run you: 5 SP
Spell components: Price same as book. However, it seems the brazier required is not sold in Fort Silvermoon. The shopkeeper tells you to look in Drynia or Farendale.
Sure, Elsara will get the materials anyway, planning to get one later on. She'll thank the shopkeepers before looking for a jeweller's to purchase the material component (an pearl worth 100gp) for the identify, then make her way back to the tavern with the materials to graft the spells into her book.
During the past days, you've traveled through the Orien and entered into Rigmer. You have reached the town of Drynia at high noon. As the Monsoon season draws near, Lun is experiencing one of the last heat waves of this Summer. The sun shines brightly and the rays of heat seem to hammer the higher-altitude city. The sun in the clear blue sky shines in your eyes and the grass beneath your feat glitter in the sunlight. The town is located at the base of Mount Tow. You are greeted with a sight of a tall natural wall made of brown rocks and earth whenever you face north.
Welcome to Drynia. Were it not for Romel, this city would have been the capital of Lun. It is a seat of knowledge and research in the small island. Though it's library is not much compared to the ones in Maldoor and Ellenshire, it is still big enough to compete with the many libraries in Rurik main. This city also has one of the largest populations of Dragonborn. A fact that becomes clear when most people you see on the streets are Dragonborn of different colors. The Drynia Council is one the most powerful Tier 2 body in Lun. Under the council is a group of elite knights known as the Dragon Knight Circle. Like most noteworthy cities in the Rurik Union, Drynia also has some specialty items that are only sold here. Specialty items of Drynia include the Dragon Mail and the Dragon Plate, the later of which cannot usually be bought by the general public unless they pay three times the price. This armor is usually reserved for high officials of Drynia, most notably, the Dragon Knights themselves. It is more affordable for Guild members however since they are charged the regular price.
The Dragon Plate offers similar physical protection as Plate Mail. However it also requires a bit more strength to use due to the material being a lot less flexible (read: Zulk doens't want to deal with custom weight so it weighs the same as Plate. Otherwise, I'd make it heavier). It is made in with a special process that gives the user an elemental resistance not unlike those that dragonborn naturally have.
tl;dr The Dragon plate is Heavy Armor. It gives you an AC of 18. It requires 16 STR to use and it gives disadvantage on Stealth. You can get resistance of one damage type of your choice. The Damage types that you can't choose are: Force, Psychic, Piercing, Bludgeoning and Slashing, Thunder. It also costs 2000 gp at base (shopkeepers will want 10% more)
(Would Fire Dragon Plate have the same effect as the Orb of Fire Shielding with regards to fire resistance affecting heat exhaustion from hot weather?)

Pending: wanting to purchase about ten day's worth of food for herself and the horses (some treats perhaps aswell). The brazier's cost in addition.

(Amending character sheet now)
So that would be a total of 402 GP and 1 SP if I'm not mistaken... right?
If I can find the gem for identify, yes. (Taken the rest of it off, just the 100gp left if one if available)
The Jem is available. The magic guy can sell it to you. Same price as listed in the rule book.
Then Elsara purchases that.
Okay, everything resolved within town now, thanks for waiting! ☺
If Runt gets a chance, she would like to find a place she can invest in some armor.

You don't have trouble finding a seller. He asks 440 gp for one.
Valwarin will accompany both Elsara and Run in their purchases, if possible, and will happily lend them any coin they could need for their purchases.
PbP Character: A few ;)
Runt pays the seller and dons the breatsplate. She will return to the party soon after.

Gendan's dream of owning Full Plate Mail has quickly shifted to wanting Full Fire (or Gold) Dragon Plate Mail!
