Thulewyn gives a disappointed look at Alcazar, puts his draw hand on his hip and makes foot tapping movements (without actually tapping). He leaves his bow with a notched arrow point at the druid so the others can see where it's located once Thulewyn is in their view.
A sole "hrmph" noise response from the message spell returns.

Celeste gets back to Alcazar, nocking an arrow to her elven longbow before sneaking closer to Thulewyn who seems to have spotted enemies, ready to fire at any she sees.
Rodan holds his sword and shield up, ready to charge in as soon as the battle begins...

(Anyone who wants to mote to the inside of the room, e.g. underneath the opening, needs to roll Stealth. If you're happy to start combat from outside the room (which is open to the outside), then no roll for stealth required. In either case, as it looks like you're about to initiate combat, please roll Initiative.)

Janek rolled low on stealth, but Celeste rolled high. And the rest of the group chose not to approach too closely. (10, 16 = avg of 13, beating its passive perception) So we will consider stealth passed, and the Druid is Surprised by your sudden attack from below.
Alcazar peers around the corner and flames erupt from his hand, shooting up toward the druid. He then returns to cover. He stares down at his hand as though it has somehow betrayed him, then watches warily for any other attackers.
The blonde elven maiden nimbly and quietly steps closer, finding the necessary angle to let her nocked arrow loose towards the evil druid.
Elven Longbow: 23 Piercing: 4
She then steps back into cover and safety.
Celeste's arrow strikes the druid, going stairs through the flesh on his leg - but seems to miss any major blood vessels as the wound is not bleeding much.

Attack: 6 (or 19 if advantage); damage - or 1
Alcazar (who does indeed have advantage for being an unseen attacker at this point) shoots flames which hit the druid - but due to the hatch and awkward angle of attack much if the flame seems to shoot past him causing only very minor burns on his side

Is this Thulewyn's attack or was that counted as a suprise round move and now is his round 1 turn?

Alcazar replies to Janek, "Head back, we'll wait", then sends a similar mesage to Celeste, adding, "Let's regroup."
Turning to Thulewyn he whispers, "They are returning."

Not sure what is going on, Celeste quietly returns to Alcazar, motioning to Janek to come along.
Janek moves back, as Celeste motions, not quite sure why, if Thulewyn found a target, they are wasting time.

When the others arrive, flames begin to lick around Alcazar's fingers and he nods to Thulewyn, "Whenever you're ready..."
(( Can't ready an action outside of combat, so flames are dramatic license, but Alcazar will cast fire folt as soon as Thulewyn attacks ))

Additional combatants that may [or may not] enter the fight later will get a separate initiative roll if necessary)
(Ok, in the interests of time, as it's been a few days and this is only initiative, I will just roll for Alcazar unless anyone objects:
Alcazar initiative 4
)
