OOC: The party has won the initiative and is taking their actions first. Hex, Sylyra, and Uragum's actions have been established for round 1. I'll advance the round further once we know what Auriel and Carlthuzad's first round actions are.
For the sake of ease, consider these rounds in initiative as combat only with Bogclaw and his contingent of three lizardfolk. The battle is raging around you but will not provide any threat to the characters during these rounds.

OOC: Not sure if what I said about Auriel throwing some of his equipment as he moves towards Hex and Sylyra has happened? Or would it have to happen during round 1?
The paladin rushes to meet Bogclaw and his men and, since he's not going to be fast enough, he summons his innate ability to surround himself with mist and teleport the rest of the way.
Bogclaw and his men suddenly feel the autumn eladrin appear out of the blue behind their backs. And not only that. By what the companions have already seen of this huge lizardfolk, Auriel knows that defeating Bogclaw will require all the strength he is able to muster. So he draws the halberd as he raises a prayer to his god, and the weapon begins to glow bright with divine power.
OOC: Nice! Thanks! Turn is: Movement + BA Misty step to cover the 60 feet. Action: Channel Divinity - Sacred Weapon. ('m assuming Auriel's not going to suffer Ice knife damage because his initiative was way slower than Uragum's!).
(Oops just realised I forgot to roll for my attack. Will roll with advantage in case they don't make their saves for faerie fire. Also, casting Hunter's Mark as BA)
Bonus Action: Hunter's Mark on the lizardfolk she shot at.
Action: Longbow Attack - 17Damage - 8Hunter's Mark - 4
Carl remains invisible and decides to circle the coming confrontation and not give away his position quite yet. He moves in 30 feet closer, angling off to the side either north or south to get a better viewpoint as this unfolds. He decides to help the team by sending his unseen servant in to “table top” Bogclaw, hopefully knocking him prone / helping his friends. He holds his right hand out, he looks for a grouping on enemies that he can focus on without injuring his friends. His friends and Sylyra that is. “We should be gettin out of here….” he says under his breath.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
The captives that have chosen to fight gradually arm themselves with the help of Auriel and fallen lizardfolk, bolstering one another in their attempt to mete out their frustrated justice against their captors. Were the lizardfolk a more coordinated force it might be a bloodbath, but the infighting prevents any one clan from rallying to do so, and it becomes impossible to tell who has the upper hand between the three clans and the freed captives.
Bogclaw's charge is cut short when Uragum's ice knife inserts itself into the scales at his back, exploding into icy shards that create small cuts all across his back and into the side of a lizardfolk next to him. When Auriel appears out of the mist in front of him, he bats the Eladrin's halberd aside with surprising speed, then thrusts toward the torso with unsurprising strength. Auriel barely avoids being skewered, and Bogclaw roars his defiance. Two of the lizardfolk rush toward Hex and Sylyra, one taking an arrow in its chest as they launch javelins toward the pair en route, while another meets Uragum halfway to Bogclaw. Leading with its shield, it nearly impales the goliath itself with its javelin once it throws him off balance, but the crafty wizard narrowly avoids it. This lizardfolk and one moving toward Hex and Sylyra alight in colored flame, dimming the area around and highlighting their form.
Nearby, Carlthuzad circles invisibly along with his unseen servant.

Despite the situation, Uragum let out a laugh of pure Goliath battle joy as he began his duel with the lizardfolk. As the beast sparkles in the night he could help test out a spell he had not yet brought out in combat.

Sylyra curses quietly as his faerie fire only clings to two of the lizardfolk. He curses loudly as he sees Bogclaw skewer Auriel. He quickly speaks a few words in Druidic, and a swirling mass of leaves and other ground matter rise 10 feet behind the eladrin and take the loose shape of a small bear pawing at the sky. Without even seeing it, the spirit helps Auriel feel a little better. The druid then conjures a flame in his hand and tosses it at the glowing lizardfellow headed his and Hex's way.
Bonus: spirit totem: bear, granting 9 temp hp to Auriel, Carl and Uragum (according to the DM's measurements)
Action: produce flame Attack: 27 Damage: 12 fire damage
Hex winces as Auriel takes a massive hit from Bogclaw. (Assuming Sylyra kills the lizardfolk) With Sylyra's flames finishing off one of the approaching lizardfolk, she moves her focus onto the second one and lets loose another arrow.
Bonus Action: Moving Hunter's Mark to the second lizardfolk approaching Hex and Sylyra.
Action: Longbow Attack - 23Damage - 7Hunter's Mark - 4
Auriel couldn't help but scream in pain at the massive blow. He had expected Bogclaw to be very strong, but he had also expected to be able to withstand his attacks a little better. Had he been wrong? Was he going to fall this quickly? He considered his options for a split second. Healing himself? He needed it urgently, but downing this huge enemy as fast as possible was urgent too. The sudden wave of healing coming from the mass of leaves behind him couldn't have come at a better moment. Blessed were those leaves, and the druid that had summoned them.
With renewed strength the eladrin swinged the halberd towards Bogclaw, a trail of bright light following its movement. As it meets the lizardfolk body, the blow explodes with a radiant burst.
Attack: 23(20 rolled + 3 from Sacred Weapon)
Total damage: 27 (14 from the weapon damage + Burned a spell slot on a smite for 13 additional radiant damage)
Carl feels the strength from the swirling leaves in the form of a bear, he looks around quickly to assess the surrounding chaos, checking to see that all of the enclosures of captives have been released - - if that is the case, he moves another 10 feet or so away from group, he starts to cast a spell as spell, concerned from the damage Auriel seems to have sustained, he launches a bolt of eldritch energy toward Bogclaw to hopefully finish him off. In becoming visible, he hopes to surprise him and take advantage with a more direct hit.
Eldritch blast : 24 to hit, for 6 points of force damage on Bogclaw.

Uragum's blade passes over the lizardfolk like an eclipse as it rolls beneath the swing, swiping its shield high to force the goliath back, then responding with a stab of its own with the javelin, leaving the situation in a stalemate. Sylyra takes one approaching lizardfolk down in a blast of flame; Hex lands an arrow into the scales of the second one, but not enough to stop its charge. It launches itself at the pair with a reckless abandon, keeping Sylyra busy with the sharp points of its shield while stabbing its javelin toward Hex.
Bogclaw places a hand on each end of the shaft of his trident, bringing it horizontally before him to block Auriel's halberd, but the Eladrin strikes at an angle with such force that the blade tears into his arm with a burst of radiant light. The heir of the lizard king, roaring in pain, uses Auriel's momentum from the brutal swing to grab him and shove him off balance; before Auriel can regain his footing, the end of Bogclaw's trident has struck true, impaling the paladin. An eldritch blast strikes him in the back, preventing any further damage. Spinning around to see Carlthuzad now visible, he charges the dwarf, attempting to introduce him to the same fate.

She doesn't notice the lizardfolk has come in close, too close, until it's too late. Hex grits her teeth against the stab of the javelin and drops her bow, pulling out her silvered scimitar to lash out instead. She looks to Sylyra, waving her arm in the direction of Auriel. "Leave this one to me, just go help Auriel!"

Uragum couldn't help but smile as the smile from the small sting of the Lizardman's blow. He reached up and felt the the wound, his hand coming away with a bit blood. Then Hex's cry reach him and his smile abruptly fades. Uragum stands up full height and that smile turns to a scowl. In draconic he says in with an air of finality, "We offered peace and freedom from the dragon. Now, you'll just die."
Carl’s eyes go wide when he sees Auriel go down and all of a sudden the massive lizardfolk Bogclaw is in front of him. “I shall avenge you!” He says, looking at Auriel’s body. He waves his hand and in the flash of an eye, his body disappears into mist and he appears 30 feet away across the way from Bogclaw, getting distance from him.
