Alright, Yevelda and William are up now...
Yevelda tosses another javelin at the pirate she already hit in the hopes of skewering him and staying angry... but it's a long shot.
Attack: 12 Damage: 6
Meanwhile, William hears the incantation and turns to see the rotten undead face staring at him from the portside ship and lets out a scream of terror... he's stumbles back and takes cover behind the portside staircase.
Merigar looks at Areleo from the starboard-side ship... but there's something in his expression. Is it remorse? Almost a pleading look, even? Well, whatever it is, it's only there for a moment... as he casts sleep at 2nd-level on Areleo, 'Naut, and Yevelda... I think that Areleo is at lowest HP right now, so he'll be effected first... Sleep: 29 (rolled in game log). Areleo's eyelids grow heavy and he slips into slumber.
Areleo (asleep), Sayyida, and Sae are up (in any order)!

Sayyida looks back and forth between the dead thing and the dwarf, " Merigar! Wait there I need to kill this thing first, then its your turn."
She whipped about, channeled energy to heal her injuries then put on a terrific burst of speed and charged at the dead spellcaster, leaping towards the other ship.
Action- Lay on Hands- 10 hp self.
Expeditious retreat to Dash enough to try and somersault from our ship to the undead mage.
( And yeah, thats too far to jump but she's getting a little overconfident.)
You ain't wrong...
Sayyida makes a flying leap over the railing of the ship towards the undead caster. For a brief moment she soars, and it looks like she's going to make it... but it turns out that she misjudged the position of the other ship. As her foot hits the enemy ship's railing, she realizes her mistake.
Sayyida slips and falls! Too shocked to cry out, she tumbles into the water below... (don't worry, I'll make 'Naut save you on his turn since he's one of the aquatic members of your crew; plus if I remember correctly Admiral North handed each of you who couldn't breathe under water already a potion of water breathing)

Sae looks back and forth between the two attacking ships. Her fingers brush the stone on her helm as she gazes over at Merigar, then she thinks better of it and turns to the undead mage. "Throw you a rope in a minute.", she calls to Sayyida. "I just want to see how well this thing's embalming fluid burns first." She kindles the pitch-charged arrow she had been readying for the next round of sail toasting and fires at the thing, particularly focused on any loose remnants of clothing it might be draped in

I'll use the [Tooltip Not Found] for guidance on the effect of a burning arrow on a creature... the undead mage takes an extra 5 fire damage from the arrow.
That being said... it seems that the arrow itself did less damage than you would have expected.

Harold, as he doesn't have any real ranged options, spends his turn moving down the stairway and shaking Areleo awake.
'Naut will go ahead and take a shot at the undead creature with his pistol: Attack: 2 Damage: 2
Updated combat tracker:
Pirate 2 - disemboweled by Areleo - Yevelda - 8 damage William - 8 damage - Merigar - 22 damage Pirate 4 Pushed into the ocean by Sayyida Pirate 5 - Head cleaved in half by Yevelda Pirate 3 - Just got his throat torn out by Areleo Pirate 1 - Killed himself by hitting Emrys Pirate 6 - Killed by William Pirate 8 - Decapitated by Yevelda - Areleo - 18 damage, prone Sayyida - 18 damage, in the ocean - Pirate 7 - Stabbed with a rapier by Harold Pirate 11 - Stabbed and hurled into the sea by Sayyida - Sae - 2 damage Harold - 10 HP - Pirate 10 - killed by Harold - 'Naut - Undamaged - Pirate 9 - killed by Emrys Deathlock - 10 damage - Emrys - 6 HP

'Naut's attack misses by a mile.
The undead mage mutters an incantation and stretches out a mummified hand. And suddenly Emrys, William, and Harold are engulphed in impenetrable darkness as the hunger of hadar surrounds them.
(Well, Emrys can see through the darkness... but still going to take 2d6 Cold damage when starting his turn there...)
Speaking of starting his turn there... Emrys is up! First thing's first, 4 Cold damage for beginning the turn in the area of the Deathlock's spell.

Yevelda will use her turn using the Dash action to rush into the inky blackness and drag Emrys out (I'm counting grabbing Emrys as an object interaction), demonstrating an impressive ability to feel her way through the darkness based only on her memory of where Emrys was. She tosses Emrys onto the deck just outside of the area of the hunger of Hadar, remaining in the spell's area herself and taking 10 acid damage.
William starts his turn in the area of the spell, taking 8 cold damage. If he doesn't go down, he'll use the Dash action to get out of the area of the spell ASAP
Merigar hurls a fire bolt at 'Naut Attack: 25 Damage: 10
Also... after drawing the it on the map, I realized that a 20-ft radius of the deathlock's means that the area is large enough that it also enveloped Areleo. Areleo takes 10 cold damage at the start of his turn...
Areleo, Sayyida, and Sae are up!

Areleo will drag Harold out of the darkness and once out of the area of affect, Areleo will say to Naut, “Areleo will meet Naut on the ship, Areleo must take care of something.” Areleo will then jump into the water as slyly as he can and use the rest of his movement to dive deep into the water where he is unseen.
"Oh, so you are a big marshmallow then! Hold on a minute while I get a bigger skewer to toast you on.", Sae calls over to the undead mage. Quickly dashing over to the cannon that is nearest the creature, she mutters, "Well, it feels like just another kind of magic." Swinging the cannon around on its gimbals, she aims it at the mage.
==========================
Cunning action to dash over to the cannon (BA); 1 action to aim. Fire shot next turn at wherever the mage is standing
This Large cannon is imbued with magic. It requires no ammunition and doesn’t need to be loaded. It takes one action to aim the cannon and one action to fire it. After the cannon has fired, it must recharge for 5 minutes before it can be fired again.
The creature firing the cannon chooses the effect from the following options:
... ... ...
Fire Jet. The cannon discharges fire in a line 300 feet long and 5 feet wide. Each creature in the area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 33 (6d10) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The fire ignites any flammable objects in the area that aren’t being worn or carried.

Sayyida, I'm gonna need an Athletics check to get back onto the boat.
Areleo, since you were under the cover of the Deathlock's spell, I'll just say you didn't need to bother with a Stealth check; none of the pirates noticed you jump off the boat.
Harold and ''Naut will use their turns trying to stabilize Emrys.

Someone on the Portside ship yells:
"You'd better give up soon... we're running out of patience here; we don't often bring out the zombies."
Another voice adds with a cruel laugh.
"We've got four more where that came from... might be time to bring all of 'em out if these fools don't surrender soon."
Yevelda pauses at those words. She takes 6 cold damage from starting her turn in the area of the Deathlock's spell. She steps out of the spell's area and administers the Potion of Healing that 'Naut retrieved and uses it to revive Emrys. Emrys regains 6 hit points.
"Uhhh... yeah, sorry I didn't mention the magic zombies," she says, panting from the exhertion. "Only a couple of ships have them, and those that do almost never get those damned things out of the hold... mostly they just use 'em to scare prisoners. Didn't know they could actually do anything except look creepy..."
Meanwhile, William looks ready to wet himself when he hears that the pirates have more of the undead spellcasters.
"Captain... I hate to say it, but maybe it's time to consider surrendering?" he whispers.

Oh yeah, forgot to say that we went back to the TOP OF THE ROUND after Emrys turn got skipped due to him lying on the deck being saved by everyone else.
