(Sorry guys I am still learning how to do everything. Our fine DM told me I needed to clarify some things, so here goes nothing)
Performance Check: 22 (Not a natural 20)
(The illusion is an attempt to get the statue to perceive the illusory figure as the main threat, and try to get the statue to focus fire on it, rather than the rest of the party)

Sayyida hits the Stone Defender once for 12 damage.
Sae manages to get in a solid hit with her brand-new dragon tooth dagger, dealing 17 damage.
Emrys hits it all three times, dealing 30 total damage and pushing it 20 feet back.
Wade also hits it, dealing 11 damage and giving it a glowing aura that will make it easy for the next person to hit.
Yevelda decides to rush in and start attacking the stone defender (not recklessly and not using another rage) Attack 1 to hit: 22 (hit). Damage: 10 Attack 2 to hit: 15 (miss)
Somehow, in spite of the fact that it just got hit by literally everyone else (except Areleo), Maira's illusion is somehow convincing enough that the Stone Defender thinks that the sea elf who just appeared out of nowhere is the greatest threat to it... and realizes its error too late as its attack passes through thin air (that trick won't work a second time)
So in total... it has taken 80 points of damage in the first round. Areleo, since no one else made use of it, I'll let you get the advantage on your first attack roll from Wade's Guiding Bolt.
Speaking of, Areleo is up!

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Sae spins around to follow up on what she considers a rather inadequately delivered combination, her eyes take in Maira's illusion and just catch the final moments of her first raw reaction. Her own face immediately scrunches up in a mix of sudden understanding, compassion, and shared pain before she too smooths her features into her usual carefully guarded mirror. But her movements have a distinct extra edge as she whirls in to close with the statue once more. She had briefly considered switching to her longbow, but the creeping erosion she could already see crumbling the stone around her first dagger hit convinced her to instead follow the ancient wood elven saying, 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

One of the things Emrys had learned during his time as a merchant was that rarely any plan survived action unchanged. Expectations, theories, thoughts, they all changed with reality and sometimes radically and rarely for the best. A lesson his last travel before entering North’s service made sure the halfling would never forget. This time, however, things did get better. Incredibly so. The barrage of attacks his companions landed on the statue was enough to let it incredibly compromised. To the point that it didn’t seem necessary to try his new trick – to keep his offensive was likely more effective, not to mention safer.
“As soon as the thing collapses, get away from the orb!” He shouted, taking a glance on the thing. It did nothing the entire fight and this worried him. Maybe it would explode after the fall of the sentinel. Maybe it was somehow absorbing the damage they inflict to release it the moment they lowered their guards thinking combat was over.
His next words were distorted, incomprehensible, and as the light disappeared from his eyes it manifested ocean green from his arcane focus. As two rays of pure force crossed the air the spectral tentacle answered to his will and advanced against the statue, movement turning into a strike.
Notes: Emrys spends his action to cast Eldritch Blast, targeting the statue with both beams 14 to hit - damage not even rolled, 23 to hit - 7 force damage). Neither beam with Repelling Blast. He then spends his bonus to move Tentacle of the Deeps and attack with it [24 to hit - 9 cold damage]. Forgot to mention last time, but a creature hit by the tentacle loses 10ft of movement. All rolls made on the campaign log. Emrys stay where he ended his last turn and no need to apologize, guys. We are all learning something and real life happens.
The attacks from Sae, Sayyida, Emrys, and Wade are enough to bring the statue down. It shudders, then cracks and crumbles into a pile of dust. As it falls, the orb suddenly glows brighter... and then a sickly green cloud begins to fill the room.
Everyone who was in the same room as the statue, go ahead and make a Con save against 11 poison damage (DC 17, half damage on a success) as the deadly cloud of toxic gas fills the room.
Yevelda's con save: 14

Sorry, RAW a nat 20 doesn't do anything special except critical hits. The only exception I'll make to that is I'll say nat 20 saving throws auto-succeed as well.

Attack #1: (adv) 16
Attack #2 10
Damage #1: 6 Fire: 8
Damage #2: 5 Fire: 4
In spite of Wade's guiding bolt, both of Areleo's attacks unfortunately missed the stone creature. Even so, it's taken quite a beating already...
Back to the top of the round! Emrys, Sayyida, Sae, Wade, and Maira are up!

totally fair, just wanted to push my luck haha
so how much damage do we take?
11 poison damage, half damage if you succeeded on the save (which you did, so you're only taking 5 points)
