It appears DndBeyond has eaten my last post, that's unfortunate. Did we take the gnome with us, or leave him tied up in the snow?))
Clarity shrugs in response to Logan's question, taking a swig of ale from her own cup. "I'd be up for looking around the city, maybe figuring out if anyone has a lead on our targets..." In between bites of food, she turns to Cas and asks, "Say, you wouldn't happen to know about a Red Hood character, would you? Big red cape, keeps wolves for company?"
Cas freezes up at the mention of Red Hood, seemingly already knowing of the Individual. "You.....Your searching for Red Hood?" She takes the mug of ale Samson had been sipping out of and downs it. One of the three women refills it and places it back before you Samson.
"Listen, you all seem like nice Folk but you should stay clear of Red Hood. The Stories around that individual is enough to keep the Blood rose from hunting them down." She takes a seat at the table with the lot of you and folds her arms to her chest. Her eyes have a gleam of serious intent to them, like she is both fearful and respectful of what she is talking about.
"I've never seen Red Hood in person but I've heard stories of them, A skilled swordsman and an even better bowman. it is said they can pick off a person from 900 yards out with a single arrow. That alone is enough to keep the common folk frightened of them, I mean when is the last time you heard of someone being able to make a shot like that?" She seems to shrink into herself as she Speaks of Red Hood.
"Most think they are a Great Protector left by the Gods when they left Eon, Some say they are the Scorned Blade brought back from the dead." Geoffrey and Samson would know about the Scorned Blade, It was a man who lived centuries ago. Said to be the best swordsman to have ever walked Eon, Supposedly having cut down thousands of Undead during the first Fell War. Tales of this individual differ from town to town, while there may be some truth to the stories of the Scorned Blade. Most of the stories have been exaggerated and made up.
Samson you know of the song aptly titled "The Scorned" Which recounts the tales of this individual, You yourself have added many embellishments to the song to make it more epic and catchy.
Geoffrey the tale of the Scorned Blade is common among the Blood Rose as it is said that Emperor Commander Kuls vern carries his Longsword at her side.

Cas chuckles softly at you Clarity. "Reaper was one of the Vice Admirals of the Storm Lily, Rival faction to the Blood Rose before the Organization was disbanded. the Four vice admirals of both the Blood rose and the Storm Lily have only ever been known by their Alias's." She leans onto the table as she explains the Hierarchy of both factions.
"Vice Admirals have always been known as vicious war masters, Literal Beacons of Death that roam the battlefield during wartime. While the Blood Rose have some skilled warriors like the Ram and The Hunter, The Storm Lily had Reaper. Reaper was a battle born, He lived and breathed war. He cut down thousands during the Long Night.* Once the King ordered the Storm Lily to disband, Reaper just up and vanished. No one has heard of or has seen him in almost 9 years." She stops and takes a breath as she glances out the window, the Sun is just now setting over the horizon.
*The Long Night is a Occurrence all of you would know about, Once every 50 or so years the three moons of Eon blot out the Sun for 73 days. This time is called the Long Night for obvious reasons. The last Long Night occurred 11 years ago. During this time Praise and worship of Faeri, The Eternal Flame rises heavily.

"Well, we were after them, but after meeting in the forest yesterday, it was pretty clear we're no match for the Red Hood yet. So we headed this way because of a letter describing a shipment of cattle," here he pauses in disgust at that term before continuing. "Which is how we found you, though that was slightly by accident."
It Would. King Daed Leus disbanded the Storm Lily, Which were once the Crownsguard. After he deemed them no longer useful as no war had been called during his 60 year rule. Unfortunately this would be the downfall of the Monarchy as the Blood Rose had nothing to oppose them when they took the Crown City of Lusfet and de-throned the King.
this occurred 14 years prior, A year before the blood rose took control of the Country. No one knows where the Higher ups of the Storm Lily are, having gone into exile after being Disbanded, It is widely believed that they are all dead.
