That technology, if it exists in this world, wouldn't be restricted to constructs, would be hard to find, costly to make, expensive to buy, and consumed on use.
If you make an investigation roll DC 10, you will find "The Primer on Firearms". Reading it will give you a +1 to knowledge roll involving gunpower based weapons. As an Acolyte, you can borrow the book if it is found.
After his faithful repose, Oox decides to follow after Rando and Tink, venturing toward the Library, but getting distracted multiple times along the way. Oox's non-mouth falls agape at the beauty of the city, the people watching, the food, and ambient music.
"This is everything I would never find on the route of the traveling tent revival," Oox says to itself. "Who would've thought that the moment I stopped wandering in search of meaning, it would be foisted upon me?"
*A generational revelation resonates in Oox's ooze. An age-old question has been supplanted by another.*
Perception: 20 (dirty)
OOC: Does Oox see any sign of the missing cat from the poster we found before meeting with Yuri?
Rando has 2 cases of Hunting Rifles at 5 Rifles a case. So that would be 15,000 gold retail. After offloading to the of so typical RPG merchant, that would be (15000 x .69) = 10,350 gold... and no questions asked about where they came from.
I will assume you keep the ammo. With two crates, I'm not going to worry about it unless you all go trigger happy or a fireball hits your dormitory room..
Oox rolls INSIGHT on the merchant (and despite a +6) only gets a 9... Oox thinks this is a very honest merchant indeed (probably).
Oox is content to hold our earnings and hope that its healing skills can get us through the next job or mission. It will continue to watch out for the missing cat until our next training begins.
The next Spelljamming lesson is in the afternoon of the day after assisting Yuri. The party is well rested and had opportunity to eat and/or recharge.

You arrive at the Simulations Deck at the same time as another team of cadets, all of you gathering in the main hall where today’s training officer — Saerthe Abizin stands waiting. A few members of the other squad murmur excitedly.
Saerthe Abizin scans the congregation with silver eyes. Their stern gaze shifts to a wide grin. “Well, this is going to be fun.”

"Excellent! I'm always up for a bit of fun!" Rando exclaims excitedly while looking around the room with a beaming smile.
"My excitement for our next lesson is second only to my love of the wisdom bestowed by Celestian!
Oox oozes with anticipation.
