Back in the Underdark of the Rock of Bral, the floating city, the party is carrying a shipment of goods when they are attacked by a band of Quaggoth.
Rocks rain on the hapless comrades in front of you. Some fall immediately, others soon after, as the white fur descends from the pitch black above.
There is no light, everything is in the dim black and white of Darkvision. Three Quaggoth land nearby; one of them attacks Yuri immediately. A burst of holy light from Oox prayer rebuffs the first claw giving Yuri time to duck the second attack.
A battle rages behind the foes in front of you.
Rando the Randomized throws illusory psychic daggers into the mind of one. It grips its head and snarls. Then rudely gestures at the Quaggoth threatening Yuri while casting Falling Floor on it. The beast’s eyes go wide as it leaps backward and runs away dodging the chaotic melee contests.
Tink Tinwhistle fires two arrows in quick succession. The first lodges in his right eye, the second in the left. It drops to its knees, then falls face first to the ground. Arrows protrude from the back of its skull on impact.
Oox the Indeterminate emits a joyful burble of Plasmoid celebration. But it was a quiet sentiment. He slides forward slapping an injured comrade on the back, offering the blessing of Celestian. You feel some of his pain leave his body. Then ooze back to the crate of spiked peppers for cover while injecting himself into the crate through a gap in the wood. Oox unscrews the lid of a jar, and grabs a pepper.
It is warm to the touch and mildly irritating to your membrane. The long pepper slides out of the gap in the crate. Oox splits it with the head of an arrow and rubs it in the juices that squirt out. It irritates and stings to the touch without causing actual damage.
The last Quaggoth recovers from the psychic barb and lunges past you at Yuri with abandon. Yuri defensively evades running back into the tunnel behind you.
Sounds of comrades and beast cry out in dying screams from the cavern before you!
Rando yells to his compatriots, "Follow Yuri! Exit stage left!"
As he turns to run he looks at the beast and yells, "It's no surprise to me, you are your own worst enemy. 'Cause every now and then, you kick the living shit out of thee." He then makes a grand gesture and casts Mirrored Enemy on the Quaggoth. The Quaggoth will need to make a INT save DC 12.
If Yuri is injured gravely or unconscious, Oox will use Healing Word to bolster Yuri's survivor. Heals for 4 hp.
If not, Oox will attack with his hand crossbow. To hit: 8 (almost definitely a miss).
Yuri is miraculously untouched so far. As the Quaggoth is running past the rest of the party to chase Yuri, please roll again, you would have advantage here.

Quaggoth Intelligence Save = 4
On close inspection, after the battle, you will see a small fissure in the Amethyst component used to cast the spell.
Tink extracts two arrows from the Quaggoth's skull. This is difficult as they could not be pulled out directly. The barbs caught on the skull fragments and brain matter. Shoving them all the way through, though, released them with a "shluuurr squish" sound. Then Tink takes off running after Yuri.
Oox's crossbow jams in place after firing.
It will take a round to unjam, or use an alternate weapon.
The Quaggoth closes the distance with Yuri leaping with two claw strikes.
(Full 30 ft movement and two attacks, at disadvantage as Yuri is still fighting defensively dodging and avoiding from last turn.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The first fetid claw swipes only air.
The other claw rips deep into Yuri's hamstring dragging him to the ground. He cries out in agony. Pain echoes through the narrow tunnel. Yuri can feel the hot breath at his back as the creature roars in triumph.
Yuri vanishes beneath his grasp with a puff of smoke and reappears 30 feet away. He stands with a limp, and turns wielding a crackling 10 foot line of electricity that briefly that sparks were it touches the ground. He hobbles backward slowly, and holds his action.

Slashing damage: 12
Upon doing so the Quaggoth takes 2 points of psychic damage as the Mirror Image strikes it in the same spot on its own leg.
With a flourish of hands and a large stage voice Rando exclaims, "Hey you walking carpet! Hold this for a sec!"
A hippopotamus appears a foot above the Quaggoth's head and immediately begins to fall from above. The Quaggoth will need to make another INT save DC 12.
You create an illusory object of immense weight (such as a large barbell, a wooden canoe, a hippopotamus, or a piano) directly above the head of a creature of your choice. The object immediately begins falling toward the creature. The target must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the target perceives the object to be real. The creature can use its reaction to catch the object. For fear of being instantly crushed, the target creature continues to hold the object until the spell ends. Any creature who does not catch the object is knocked prone, taking 4d4 psychic damage. Such a creature believes itself to be pinned to the ground for the duration of the spell. At the end of each of the creature’s turns, it may repeat the saving throw, ending the spell on a success.
If the creature uses its reaction to catch the weight, it becomes restrained for the duration of the spell. At the end of each of the target's turns before the spell ends, the target must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or continue to hold the object. On a successful save, the spell ends.
If you or any of your companions damage the target, the spell ends.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the number of creatures targeted increases by 1/spell level above first.
*Oox, witnessing Tink's epic shot, emits a joyful burble of Plasmoid celebration*
OOC: No one can hear it because it most closely resembles the sound of sloshing in your stomach when you've become overfull on liquid as a kid...
OOC
Sorry for the long wait.
