Liathana watches her companions and sees their attempts at stealth. She sighs, worried it won't work. She readies a crossbow bolt in case an enemy spots them, which she feels is likely.

Once the goblins are knocked out, and secured, you decide it is now time to challenge the hideout. You all do your best to keep a low profile and be stealthy, but it soon comes to you that the steady stream within the cave pretty much already has you all covered, as it makes enough noise to null any other. You’d have to be really perceptive to detect anything else than the flow of water.
Once inside, northwest of you, the Eating Cave. You can only see a long tunnel ahead of you, and to the East, there’s an unexplored cave.
"In my, albeit somewhat limited, experience, I think we best be careful." Liathana will peer around the corner toward the unexplored part of the cave. "Never know if there could be an ambush set-up or what. These gobbos aren't very smart, but they are clever when it comes to battle. Does that make sense?"

"Perfectly Liathana. I agree that we must be careful, no telling what the Goblins have in store for us here."
Alexander decides to look around perception check: 3

“Spirit. In every language in all the Realms, surface and Underdark, in every time and every place, the word has a ring of strength and determination. It is the hero's strength, the mother's resilience and the poor man's armor. It cannot be broken and it cannot be taken away.”
"Although I agree that we should be on the lookout, chill out, Wolf Blade. You tend to get into a battle position every time someone barely mentions a fight." says Eniallis, almost completely relaxed. "I agree that it's more likely that we'll run into some traps than into a group of goblins. Let's move."
Alexander: You aren’t able to perceive anything other than the sound of the water flowing through the cave.
Liathana, Wolf Blade:
Just inside the cave mouth, a few uneven stone steps lead up to a small, dank chamber on the east side of the passage. The cave narrows to a steep fissure at the far end, and is filled with the stench of animals. Savage snarls and the sounds of rattling chains greet your ears where three wolves are chained up just inside the opening. Each wolf's chain leads to an iron rod driven into the base of a stalagmite.
The canines growl at Liathana, and Wolf Blade. They can't seem to be able to reach you from where you're standing at, but should you take a single step inside this cave, they´ll try to bite something off of you.
"Those three are 100% going to be a problem later if the goblins release them. Anyone got some bones or something to distract them?" is Eniallis thinking ahead. "Or we could just kill them, but the noise would probably break our stealth."
"Unless we are totally sure we can neutralize them quickly and quietly it might be best to leave them and continue on to are objective. Knowing the goblins they haven't taken care of them very well so controlling them may be difficult."

Liathana, despite herself, loves all sorts of animals. She frowned at the suggestion of killing them. Self-defense, sure, but these poor pups were locked up! In her eyes, they were dogs. She whistled lowly at them as she pulled out some jerky from her pack (rations) and showed the jerky to the dogs open palmed. "I won't hurt you, little pups."She doesn't make a move to approach until she has determined they will calm down.

Alexander walks to just behind Liathana and pulls out the hand crossbow and prepares to fire in case the animals decide to break loose.

Liathana: Reluctantly, the wolves carefully approach you. Licking their own nose, expressing nervousness, they smell the jerky treats in your hand, eventually taking one strip with their mouth. Soon, the other two wolves approach too, and take the same action. Their tails start wagging, and they look at you, panting. The once snarling and noisy dogs, feel calmer around you and your party members.
Liathana feeds the dogs a ration each, which should be filling for the day. Once they seem docile towards the party, she will try to unchain them and let them leave this hideout!

Liathana starts to pet two of the dogs as they eat, and it seems they have accepted her into their pack. The third seems less interested. The treasure hunter giggles, "Oh my, I love dogs!"
Of course, these are wolves, but no one should tell her otherwise!

With the whole wolf thing dealt with Alexander follows Eniallis deeper into the cave, eager to get this job done quickly. They had taken up too much valuable time as it was, time that Gundren and Sildar didn't have. He hoped to find Sildar alive in the Eating cave and possibly gather information on the whereabouts of Gundren.

"Phew, this stream is quite loud. That should help us go unnoticed. Let's hurry towards the Eating cave." says Eniallis while advancing forward.
To be honest... I have no idea what I'm doing.
