"What warehouse?" Lokilia asks, having missed some of the group's discussion. "Shouldn't we just get the guard and take care of that... cult! Or whatever it is. They certainly can't be up to any good with all those undead." She shudders at the thought.
Dev is drawn to Normont’s sense of curiosity. But he agrees with Lokilia.
”If you want to stop somewhere it’s up to you,” he says to Normont.
”But Jasper, can we go straight to the Watch? We don’t have much time. Lokilia, they are doing a ceremony at sunset. Maybe to raise a lot more of those zombie things!”
Jasper puts Normont down now that they seem to have shaken their pursuers. “We could definitely go to the Militia, but we don’t have much hard evidence except our testimony. If we had a little more evidence, maybe we’d get a swifter response about this. We’re going up against one of the most powerful families in town, and I bet they have tricks up their sleeves to cover this up in case someone snitched to the law. Maybe if we go to the warehouse we can find some hard evidence that the Ocicis and their weird friends can’t get away from.”
"And if this house is sop powerful in town, I am sure they have people on their side in the Militia. As much as I would prefer to go straight to the Law Enforcement, we need more evidence." Magnus states.

“If you catch someone red-handed, you don’t need more evidence! They did it and that’s the end of the story. If it doesn’t work, if we don’t catch them because we’re taking too long, then we could look for the warehouse later.
But that’s not the most important reason to get the Watch now. What exactly are the Ocici family planning to do? If they make a lot of those zombies then everyone is in danger. We have to try to stop them! This isn’t the time to investigate. We have to do something!”
Dev surprises himself with such forthrightness, but he envisions his parents being attacked by zombies and this gives him the wherewithal to speak his mind without holding back.
“I think you are forgetting Dev, the ritual they were due to perform at sundown was to turn their prisoners into those creatures. They have no prisoners, we all escaped. It is possible we have already stopped the ritual by doing that”, Normont says calmly.
“If we manage to persuade the Watch to rush over to the estate and nothing is happening there, they will think us time wasters and won’t believe us in future”.

Dev’s jaw works silently.
”Wh— what?? We were? But I thought…” the realization that he has narrowly avoided not just an evil necromantic ritual, but avoided being himself turned into one of the walking dead now sinks in, and his face is ashen. He seems to visibly age before the eyes of the others as consciousness of his own mortality begins to sap his energy.
“Th— then…,” his voice drains of energy too. “Then I guess that makes sense to go to the warehouse.”
The tiefling is silent for a few minutes as he begins to lead the companions through the back alleys of Drynna.
Tyler nods and begins to lead Dev where he recalls the warehouse to be....he doesn't look overly confident now that he is here.
He turns towards Normont, " Uh.....so......um....I know she was going to kill me but your going to arrest my sister, right? Not...um....", he draws a thumb across his throat. " I'm sure its all Liams fault, he's older and he probably talked her into......."
" I don't know.....she's my sister...."
The sun is rapidly setting and as you step out onto the streets to head for the final leg to the warehouse, you notice a slight figure standing on a street corner a couple of blocks away, who looks up suddenly seemingly in shock before rapidly dropping their face down to the street again.
A firelight from a nearby brazier illuminates the figure, who is wearing a tailored overcoat with a wide-brimmed hat pulled down tightly over their head, concealing their features. The figure seems somewhat familiar to Jasper and Quinn.
As the group arrives at the warehouse and the light is starting to fade, Lokilia looks over the warehouse. "Are we looking for something inside? Or hoping to find someone?" she asks as she and others note the figure. She glances to Jasper. "Go after him?"
Normont nods to Dev hoping to be reassuring, "Don't worry Dev, we will do our utmost to stop them, whilst not getting ourselves killed in the process".
When Tyler asks about his sister, he replies, "I am not sure we could kill her even if we wanted. She seems very adept at spell craft. However, our intention is to get the Watch to arrest her so it is a moot point".
He looks to Jasper for instruction regarding the figure in the wide-brimmed hat.
Magnus will look toward the are house and see if there are any windows they can look into or a 2wnd floor they can sneak their way up to and try and get inside without making too much noise.

There seem to be a number of accessible high shuttered windows, there are no windows on the ground floor.
Jasper nudges Quinn and looks to the rest of the group. "Him. That's the runner from the apartment complex!" Jasper whispers, pointing with their chin in the direction of the hat-wearing individual. "We need to nab him. Come on!"
Dev looks for a shortcut to cut off the fleeing figure (Urchin background, move twice as fast through urban area).

Quinn can lift folks to the high windows since he is so tall.
