“I am glad to lend you my boat. I will guide you to it, but I cannot accompany you there, I have duties here that need tending to” he says. “As far as the wreckage, I have not seen it myself, for that you would have to ask Varnoth. She is the one who’s been there.”
Lady Runara wraps on the door and pokes her head in, “I’ve had a few rooms made up for you. Please, make yourselves at home while you are here. And don’t hesitate to ask for anything you may need. You are our guests.”
Okay, Tarak will lead you down to the shore and hand over his boat. You’ll be able to follow the shoreline up the coast to where the shipwreck is and will now take you an hour and a half to arrive by sea.
Amidst the bright morning sun you round the corner of the cliffs and the wreck now comes into view.
Waves lap against a derelict ship lodged against a ridge of rocks and enormous dragon bones. A faint odor of rot wafts on the sea air, along with the sound of screeching seagulls and the roar of the surf. A tangled mess of tattered sails and rigging hangs off the starboard side of the main deck, offering one possible way to climb aboard. At the stern, you can make out a gaping hole in the hull beneath the water line.
"Well it looks as though there is a new entrance below the water line if anyone is so inclined to test it. I for one feel like a top down approach would be the more favorable option." Sylvian smooths her dress as they drift in the little boat waiting to get close enough to board the old vessel. This was not the trip she had expected when she decided to find herself outside if ice lands, but she would make the most of the opportunity.
"Agreed," Willin replies to Sylvian, "Let's start up on deck and work our way down. I don't fancy crawling through a breach like that if we can avoid it."
You row up to the hull and you grab on to the loose rigging and climb you way up to the main deck. From there you can see up to the upper deck. In the middle of the main deck the crow’s nest still stands. On the front upper deck (the forecastle), you see the broken foremast leans out across a broken railing, with a tangle of rigging and tattered canvas trailing down to the rocks and dragon bones below. A and ballista stands near the broken mast. You can see a pair of closed doors that lead into the interior of the forecastle and a pair of closed doors at the rear theatre lead into the quarterdeck.

Is the crows nest still intacted? If so does the mast look stable enough?
Investigation: 11 (+3 if perception)
Sylvian will climb up assuming she doesn't find anything to give her pause.
"Well if you are going to start from the top, might as well go all the way. I want to have a look from up there to see if we can find any thing in the water or any thing on the island from that point of view." Putting a hand on Jarin's shoulder. " Do be a dear and let me know you find any excitement down here, or if the mast is breaking. Perhaps start with the update on the mass." She will start to climb towards the lookout. (Woukd she need to use the rope or woukd there be ladder/hand holds on the mast for her to use?)

Jarin will help Sylvan up and then he will take a quick glance around to see if the mat or any other part of the ship is unstable...(investigation roll) = 13

Yes, still standing and stable.
On the main deck, amid the tangle of rigging, splintered railings, and stray seaweed, you spot boots, bones, and bits of gore that seem considerably more recent than the wreck of this ship.
Stairs lead to upper decks at fore and aft, and doors lead into cabins under those decks. The mainmast remains intact and mostly upright, topped with a crow's nest overflowing with debris. A staircase near the mast and a large hatch on the port side both lead down into the hold.
A rope ladder runs up the mast to the crow's nest, secure despite the condition of the wreck. The mast sways alarmingly as you climb, and at the top of the 50-foot climb you find that you are leaning out over the water on the port (north) side of the ship.
At the top of the crow’s nest the basket-shaped area is stuffed with wood shavings, dry grass, and shredded canvas from ships' sails. Bits of bones, tufts of hair, and shiny baubles are also visible.

Sylvian was not a fan of the swaying in the mast but did her best to keep her composure and dignity throughout the climb. She wanted to see the view from up here, thinking she could see around the island a bit better, and possibly be able to see down into the water better from this height. She will scan the landscape and look to see if any dangers are around the ship. She hadn't really considered the possibility of something or someone being up here, but the presence of all the debris seems strange ti be way up here. "What a mess! They should have called this the rats nest with all the jumble up here." She will search to see if perhaps this debris was trying ti hide something.

Imagine like this, only not as big and it only has 2 or 3 sails

…and now that you are on the ship, I am going to roll a D10 every in-game minute. If it rolls on a 1 while you are here, something will happen.

Yes, still standing and stable.

At the top of the crow’s nest the basket-shaped area is stuffed with wood shavings, dry grass, and shredded canvas from ships' sails. Bits of bones, tufts of hair, and shiny baubles are also visible.
Everything seems pretty stable and you should have no trouble walking around.
