Is the harpy still singing? Do I need to do a wis save? If so: 16
If not, or if that was a successful save, the halfling looks up at the crow's nest and starts to manoeuvre into a position where he can see the harpy, holding an arrow nocked to his bowstring.
Can he move into a position where he can see the harpy and take a shot? If so, he will.
Also, is Jarin incapacitated? I assume 'death screams' means that he is...
You quickly drift back into consciousness, but you don’t feel so good… If you were to fully heal yourself, you would find that your max HP has been reduced by 1.

"Somebody get a fire started up there, lots of flammable debris up there! Our friend is gone, I'm sorry but let's take revenge on his murderer. I'll hold ot down." She didn't even know who's voice that was, but she recognized that type of scream, and now sewmingly lack there of. Not even standing up she sees the winged creature up in the crowsnest. Eyes focus on the nest, she mutters druic encantation and vines start to grow out of the debris and from the deck of the ship the just see vines bust over the top and some through the boards of structure. Entangle .

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shaking off the strange feeling induced by the harpy's song, the halfling scampers up the steps onto the quarterdeck to get a better angle on the beast. He turns and looks up. Raising his bow, he draws the fletching back to his cheek. He can feel the stiffness in his muscles after his self-imposed incarceration. He pauses for a breath, focusing completely on the target, and looses.
Leaping out of the way of the grasping vines coming toward it, the Harpy leaps into the air. Looking at the direction that the arrow came from it sees a halfling out in the wide open and hurls toward it, talons outstretched…
The halfling flattens himself on the deck as the harpy swoops down and narrowly avoids being caught by the razor sharp talons.
Mechanics question - is the harpy now in melee range for the purposes of my next turn, or did it fly off after the attempted attack? If it flew off, do I get an opportunity attack as a reaction to its turn, before I take my own turn?

Since Willin is after Sylvian I assume she's just opening up her eyes for this round
Naw, you’re good to go!

I like to do healing potions as a Bonus Action, so you can take a full action, too 👍🏻

You saved. 👍🏻 take your shot!
Just a reminder …
(Can Sylvian cast Entangle in the crows nest from the debris or no because there no ground up there for the vines to come from)
It is 50 feet in the air. If the spell will reach, I’ll allow it.

Str ST with DC 13 or be restrained
If successful she will stand and start to climb up

Attack: 23 Damage: 8
The attack was supposed to be +5 to hit and 1d6+3 damage. That may be what that result comes from, but when I hover over it I just get gibberish!
It looks like it worked. You can’t get 22 from a d20 without adding anything, and when it’s red it rolled a “1” so 1+3=4
That hits
