(Either way, that’s enough to finish the second one off)
As the remaining Zombie goes to devour its unconscious victim, fuelled by your adrenaline, time seems to slow down as you concentrate your energy at the thing most threatening: its head. The hall of energy vaporises it’s head, leaving a smouldering stump at the end of its neck.
Or then again, you might notice them with a roll like that!
As you come out of hiding you see the zombie get blasted off the unconscious female on the deck. The Harpy continues to swoop around. As your eyes follow it your gaze falls upon a Ballista (basically a giant crossbow mounted to the deck) on top of the Forecastle.

I made a right hash of my first attempt at this, so...
Anyone who's noticed the diminutive figure creep from the hatch on the deck would see a brown-haired Halfling, just under 3ft tall, wearing leather armour and holding a shortbow at the ready. Looking around and taking in the scene on the deck, he notices that one of the party has been knocked down by the zombies. Seeing the zombies incapacitated, he rushes over to the prone adventurer to see if there is anything he can do to help.
Jarin screams in agony as the creature lifts him off the ground and carries him to the crows nest. His death screams are drown out by the gleeful cackle of the Harpy.
Ignoring everything around him—Jarin's screams, the newly arrived halfling, he seems to notice none of them—Willin simply walks toward the rigging and starts climbing toward the crow's nest. [I assume there's nothing I can do except move toward the harpy, and make another save against the charm at the end of my turn? Wis: 13]
The Harpy is occupied with its victim, so I will wait til the end of the round to have it do anything. Hopefully that will give someone the chance to heal Sylvian or find a way to gain an advantage on the Harpy.
(Any thoughts to making Perran the harpy's victim? That would give the reason why that character is no longer there and allow Jarin to continue as one of the more active players in this campaign.)
(Also the crows nest if full of very flammable debris...)
Willin snaps out of his dazed state and looks around. Seeing Sylvian lying unconscious and no enemy immediately apparent, he crosses to her and pours the healing potion he found in the wreckage earlier between her lips. [Heals for 2d4+2 hp]

Willin is up. You are going to use your movement to get closer to the harpy.

(They had to drop out)
Yes, it’s definitely flammable.

Sweet. Got anything else you want to do?
