The arrow, acting like a stake piercing the heart of the count, causes him to grip it in great distress, and combined with the radiant attacks he fades into a mist, and the mist goes inside the sarcophagus.
"No way!" Khessa exclaims, stepping forward and unceremoniously dumping the sarcophagus' contents onto the floor, so that they are exposed to the sunlight emanating from Clarac. She then proceeds to pound the sarcophagus with tremendous Maul blows until it is destroyed. "This way, the Count shouldn't be able to regenerate... right? That should be the end for him."
Tyekanik will work with Khessa to open or tip over the sarcophagus. He doubts that they're done with Count Glauer, and he wants to see whether the Count is inside. If they find it empty, he agrees with Khessa that they should smash the sarcophagus to bits and will happily hammer at it with his greataxe.

The lid does open, and the wounded Count with the arrow stuck in his heart like a stake, is trying to heal himself. Once the lid is open, and exposes the count to the radiant energy, he begins to steam and he throws his hands up to shield he face. He is not fully destroyed yet.
Clarac, her bright light still fighting against the darkness, attempts to drag the count out of the coffin and/or hold him where he cannot hide himself from her sunlight. With her other hand, she punches him in the face. She winds up for another punch and hopes he doesn't turn into mist again.
OOC:
Action: Attack the count Grapple --> Athletics 26 Extra attack: unarmed strike --> 35 to hit for 10 bludgeoning damage Ongoing effect: Holy Nimbus (Round 2 of 10)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Akkron really doesn't have anything better to do right now... there's a bunch of people who can dish out divine punishment to reduce a vampire to dust. But he figures he might as well contribute a little bit, even if he knows he's not going to deliver a killing blow.
He casts mind sliver on the vampire. DC 24 Int save or take 16 psychic damage and reduce its next saving throw by 3
"Remind me to prepare a few arcane rip-offs of holy spells the next time I get a chance," he says with a mirthless chuckle.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

As he is shielding himself with his hands, you easily grab him and with your inspired strength, yank him out of the coffin and onto the floor. The count yells "This can't be, I am the ultimate power here!"

Since the sarcophagus was not empty, Tyek instead reaches past Clarac to attack Count Glauer?
@drumdigby - What is the count's status? Is he grappled by Clarac at this point? Or prone?
Khessa barely notices the burns inflicted by the unholy blood, busy as she is in ending the threat of the terrible vampire once and for all: "No, you were merely a supernatural bully who delighted in the detriment of the weak. Yours is not called 'power', but 'cowardice'!"
The blonde arcane warrior calls upon the spirits of the fallen to assist her in inflicting the final punishment upon the cruel undead lord, and surrounded and empowered by them, she delivers precise thrust after thrust of her Death Lance.
[[ OOC: Khessa upcasts Spirit Shroud with a 5th level slot, then she uses Action Surge to try to finish off the Count ]]

Spirit Shroud is actually a bonus action... Khessa could both activate it and use Action Surge to make another full round of attacks!
The power of the death lance does its job, and the count is destroyed. As his body becomes ash, you find his black sword, the remnants of his clothes and a bone key
With the final death stroke, and the fall of the Baron, a column of smoke appears, and a Devil's magistrate appears. Before you can do anything, it raises its hand to stay any attack. Then it passes its hand over the ask, and you see it draw forth an essence, and you can hear the sound of the Baron's voice yell in defiance.
"Now, now, a deal is a deal, and its time to pay the piper." The devil closes its hand and absorbs the essence, and the baron's ash blows away so there is no evidence he ever existed, with the exception of his clothes, the sword and the key. The devil turns and looks at the group. "Impressive, very impressive. I have been waiting to collect on this contract for some time, I should thank you."
With Count Glauer easily dispatched, Tyekanik will go ahead and smash up the sarcophagus for good measure.
Vrox springs over to the group once they tip Count Glauer out of the coffin. He does not fire his bow since everyone is crowded around the vampire. But after after the devil has vanished, Vrox squats lightly down and picks up the key from the count's now-empty clothes, saying, "The key may be useful if we want to explore the rest of the keep. Or perhaps it unlocks something in the valley that the keep guards." He looks askance at the black sword and says, "I fear that the count's sword may be as evil as a Bloodletter demon's Hellblade." He is inclined to leave the sword here or maybe just wrap it in the count's clothes so that they don't have to touch it and then carry outside tomorrow morning to expose it to the sunshine.
"...If you feel indebited to us, you could help us fool the Chaos Gods' plan" Khessa proposes. "A devil should not like Chaos Gods much, anyway".
The devil only shrugs, "I stay out of matters up here on this plane, I've only come to collect this one that I have been waiting for." With that, the devil turns into a column of smoke, and sinks through the cracks in the floor and is gone.

Clarac continues to hold the count down but otherwise stays out of the way of Khessa's lance.
OOC:
If the count is prone, as he seems to be based on the narration, all those death lance attacks should have advantage
