Clarac will advance to the throne, staying near the center of the room so her aura fills it. After taking note of the phylactery's direction one last time, she draws her sword and points it straight at the "elf" on the throne.
OOC:
Action: Cast True Strike at the high mage, if she has time Movement: To Khessa's left, approximately Concentration: True Strike
FYI, the center of the room is a pool of ice, the energy field is at the very edge of it
If we have that much time before the High Mage Vairae takes action, Vrox would definitely Hide.
[[OOC: I realize that I forgot to post for Tyek.]]
Tyekanik follows Khessa and Clarac, stepping into the entrance at the south of the chamber. Seeing the High Mage, he enters a rage, growing to Large size. He raises his greataxe and points across the room: "Your end has finally come, lich."
Bonus Action: rage, imbuing Annam's Greataxe as his Elemental Cleaver with thunder damage
Since Tyek is now Large size, he will occupy the 10'x10' space just south of the frozen pool, preventing anything in the lich's chamber from getting to Yôht, Vrox, or Lord Akkron, if they chose to stay back in that gray-colored area between the stairs and the room. (But if Clarac made it into the room, perhaps Lord Akkron followed, to remain within Clarac's protective aura.)

Since that puts Tyekanik in the room, here's his saving throw, adding +6 because I assume that he's still within 30-ft of Clarac and benefits from her aura of protection.
Roll: 7, second roll for advantage 18
STR saving trhow Unable to parse dice roll. (advantage on STR saving throws while raging)
DEX saving throw Unable to parse dice roll. (advantage against effects that you can see while not blinded, deafened, or incapacitated from Danger Sense)

INT saving throw 25
WIS saving throw 33
CHA saving throw 41
Wow. Some problems in my formulas. Not sure. But with that 20roll and the +6 from Clarac's aura of protection, his saving throws come to:
STR saving throw: 40
DEX saving throw: 36
CON saving throw: 38
INT saving throw: 27
WIS saving throw: 28
CHA saving throw: 28
I'm guessing that Tyek resisted whatever spell or effect just hit the party members in the lich's chamber. :-)
Clarac's saving throw roll: 20 Second roll if made at advantage (which would be the case for everyone near her if the saving throw is against a spell or magical effect, due to her Holy Avenger): 2
[[OOC: @Painted_Beyond - you've probably got one more chance at the saving throw since you forgot to make that first roll with advantage. @mamoduck reminded us that everyone within 30-ft of Clarac benefits from Clarac's Holy Avenger's protection aura:
You and all creatures friendly to you in the aura have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Even if Clarac stopped at the south edge of the pool of ice, the aura would almost cover Khessa's entire path from the entrance to High Mage Vairae.]]
For those who entered the room, going past the initial edge of the frozen pool, you feel an energy wall, a cold feeling that washed over you, like something was tugging at your soul, but slipped away. It still left a shiver down your spine. You also notice that once inside the area, it is like there is a deadened sound, like no sound at all, you don't hear your footfalls on the floor.
Vairae stands up from his thrown, "Who dares disturb my meditations?"
But before he can continue, there is a great commotion behind you as Hanaphaen leads the other devils into the room and charge at Vairae, shouting "You no longer have control over us! Now we will get what is owed!" They charge into the room and through the energy, apparantly uneffected.
Let me know if this is about right, the devils are pushing past you to get at Vairae first
[[OOC: Not sure whether it matters if we just end up watching Vairae and the devils fighting each other, but from the initial pre-initiative actions, Vrox should be hidden just outside the room. And Tyek had already grown to Large size with his rage and was trying to use his body to prevent anything from escaping this room and getting to the stairs or anyone hiding behind him. If Tyek is large, then Yoht either moves behind Tyek or over to the side a bit. Here's the map with those changes.]]
If we have that much time before the High Mage Vairae takes action, Vrox would definitely Hide. He'll be positioned just off of the stairs, hugging the north wall where that little outcropping is so that he's out-of-sight of the Vairae.
From his hiding place just outside of Vairae's chamber, Vroxsees the devils charging up the stairs and into the room. A broad, mischievous smile spreads across his face. He's happy that they were able to free the devils from Vairae's summoning spells and convince them to turn against the lich. Vrox does not love devils, and he would normally do his best to defeat them and send them back to the Nine Hells. But whenever evil forces of Chaos turn against each other, he's happy to stand back and let them fight each other. The party can deal with any of these evil creatures who survive that fight.

[[OOC: The whole party? Or just the ones who have entered the room with the frozen pool? Also, which ability for that saving throw throw?]]
Only those who advanced into the room-Khessa and Clarac
FYI, the center of the room is a pool of ice, the energy field is at the very edge of it
[[OOC: OK, but was that a CON save? WIS save? CHA save?...And what's the DC that they have to beat?]]
OK, Khessa's d20 roll is: 5 so her save is:
STR? -> 22
DEX? -> 7
CON? -> 18
INT? -> 12
WIS? -> 8
CHA? -> 7

OK, Khessa, then, having failed, uses her Indomitable feature to try again. New roll: 17
OK, useless, she failed.

Great! Lsdt chance for advantage then. New roll: 16
Khessa managed to save too, in the end.

Fine by me. Those poor devils deserve a little fun.
