"Well, either we try to figure out what this thing is or we follow them, hoping we are not following them into certain death."Myles says with sigh and a resigned shrug.
“It’s some sort of magical portal, just like that giant hole in the room we were in earlier. Where it goes, who the hells knows, but I’m thinking we should join our partners in crime, and jump thought that ugly looking blob.” Necyra adds with a visible sigh.
To'Kurr, in a cloudy, smokey form, faintly smelling of patchouli oil, floats up and through the small crack in the ceiling which turns out to be a small crack in the floor of another room. As he looks around, To'Kurr sees one wall covered in balloons of different colors: red, blue, green and yellow. There is a wooden table across from it with a lot of darts lying on it.
The weedy smelling cloud that is To'Kurr floats out of the room and into a tunnel in the eastern wall that appears to be rotating. No sense sticking around when there's a Siszhu to find.
He floats through one set of tunnels, turns a corner and floats through another set of tunnels. He enters a room that has a smaller room in the center and behind a glass door a man wearing a top hat and a cape rides a stationary bike vigorously. Something about the room is similar to the waiting room that the group first entered at the beginning of the funhouse.
With a shudder, Necyra reluctantly flies up to the pulsating blob, and mirroring what she saw Siszhu do, gently kicks it with the toe of her quite-fashionable boot.
"I agree Necyra, we should follow."The investigator says grimly, walking up to the red pulsating blob. "Ladies first." He adds with a wink and a wry smile to the winged Tiefling. Assuming Necyra is drawn into the red blob, Myles immediately follows, hoping Nephvir will follow too.
Necyra disappears through the blob of red, down into the blackness of it after kicking the edge, the pull from it draws her in. As soon as she disappears, Myles jumps in after her, unsure where the end will lead him....
Nephvir stands there, puzzling and puzzling, looking at the thing. He looks above it, behind it, listens for any sounds of screams. “Bollocks.” He looks around, not wanting to be the only one left in the room. Being alone is a bad thing. “In for a penny, in for a pound.” He puts his hand on a dagger and dives into the pulsating blob of red….

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
After pocketing a few knickknacks and a couple scrolls, but leaving the paperwork and brainy stuff where it was, Siszhu heads up a ladder and knocks politely on the door he finds there. Getting no response he, of course, attempts to kick the door down...
Looking around you deduce that you are in the NE corner of the room and along the eastern wall are five 5" diameter holes and there are two more on the south wall and the last one on the north wall. A small crack in the 30 foot tall ceiling allows the light to filter through creating the dim light you are seeing the mound of snakes with. The open areas of the floor are covered in crunchy snakeskins. There are no doors in the room to speak of. The scent of ToKurr's smoking is lingering in the space, but he is no longer there.
Necyra
You feel the pull of the fang that Siszhu is carrying. It is SE from you, and also above you... so no direct path from where you are currently located.
Nephvir
As you dive headfirst into the pulsating blob, you find yourself dumped out into the large room you were in before with the 5 holes that you all were interested in on the western wall. No one else is in this space.
Siszhu
You knock the door down since no one is polite enough to acknowledge your rare display of manners, and find yourself amongst the shatters of mirror shards you had created with your rhino friend during your rampage through the hall of mirrors.
To'Kurr
Your gaseous form slides under the door to the North and as you emerge, you find yourself in a large room. A 5-foot-wide path surrounds a large pit filled with blue, yellow, green, and red balls the size of apples. A soft boom is heard, originating from under the balls. Then, something moves, causing the balls to shuffle about. No one else is in the room.
To'Kurr floats closer to the ball pit and hovers above it to see if he can get a better look at what might be causing it to move. Maybe the kids are under the balls.
Is this the room of mirrors we broke the mirrors in, or is this some place the mirror shards got somehow moved to? Either way, Siszhu is confused and backs out, climbs down the ladder and starts backtracking to the red blob, determined to kick it again.
After waiting for half a minute for others to show up, and no one else does, Necyra shrugs and says out loud "Well, as typical....Looks like I gotta do this all by myself!" She'll then flutter down the hallway, towards the east.
Necyra will tap the tip of her nose with her finger, casting (@ will) Guidance
You hear no response. The snakes turn to look at you, slow hissing escalating a bit as they consider the newcomer in their lair.
To'Kurr:
You take a closer look above the ball pit, but only see one spot moving. And its slight and random. But all you can see are the colored balls.
Siszhu:
It appears to be the same area you and the rhino busted through. You head back down the ladder and find the red pulsating blob where you left it. Do you kick it?
Necyra:
As you quietly head to the East, you immediately notice the scent of water. As you get closer, you see a sobbing girl about the age of 10, wearing a blue dress is sitting against a wall, hugging her knees.
Nephvir:
As you stand in the large room waiting for your friends, nothing changes.
To'Kurr watches the movement in the ball pit for a couple of moments longer and decides that if it was Siszhu there would be a lot more action and balls would be flying. And from the number of children that are supposed to be missing, this seems too small for that.
To'Kurr decides to remaining in this gaseous form, enjoying the chill vibes as he floats along. He looks around for another exit and slips through that doorway.
Necyra flutters up to the sobbing little girl, and without getting too close, calls out to her "Why hello there, young lady! I'm Necyra! Are you lost?"
She'll also cast (@ will) Minor Illusion and creates the happy sound/music of a circus.
Neph makes a show of patting his pockets, saying “Damn, I’m all out of bread crumbs!” To no one but himself. “Well, gotta start somewhere, baby.” He looks around the room, reminding himself of the directions, possibilities, walking along the walls and the doorways listening for any sounds, any voices of his companions. If he hears any, he plans to walk in that direction.

When the DM asks "Do you kick it?" the answer is always YES!
But Siszhu does not kick it... Instead he pauses to examine the red, pulsating blob... And then he punches it!
