Quinn ducks down to stay out of sight. He looks back at the group, places a finger over his mouth asking them to be quite and then motions for them to join him.
"Look at that thing. And that wolf, it's nearly as big as that ogre." Quinn remarks in a low whisper.

Pud - lvl 7 Human Artificer - Alchemist (The Wild Beyond the Witchlight).
Quinn - lvl 4 Human Ranger - Hunter (Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk)
Quinn, Jurgen, and Syzygy witness, some 150 feet north of them, a vicious, bloody, savage battle taking place in the scrubby woods south of the castle. A massive direwolf yelps in pain as an arrow-studded ogre slams it with a greatclub. A crowd of goblins and hobgoblins shout curses as they rain down another volley of arrows, but they all miss.
Quinn spots something else, too: Bryony, high up a tree over the battle, carefully climbs down unnoticed, disappearing into the scrub barely ten feet behind the ogre. She has vanished.
(You're nearly 150 away from where you last saw her. Do you want to move toward the fight stealthily – and at half speed – or at top speed and risk being spotted?)
The battle rages on. The massive wolf manages to topple the ogre, but it gets back up and slams the wolf hard with its club. They are both bloodied.
A fourth and fifth goblin arrow hit the ogre - one in its face. It roars in pain, and looks back up the hill toward the party, as if considering a retreat. It does not seem to see the party where it is currently stealthily advancing.
Everyone may act. And everyone should make a Stealth check.
The party moves another 30 feet closer, north, down the modest slope.
You watch as the bloodied dire wolf takes another leap at the ogre. The ogre goes down in a spray of blood. The two nearest hobgoblins and goblin boss race forward to the site of the battle, while the other three goblins hang back and watch. The seriously wounded dire wolf sits and licks its wounds. The ogre seems to be dead or unconscious.
You remain unseen for the moment. There is no new sighting of Bryony since Quinn saw her descend from the tree.
Do you want to continue to stealth forward? If so, make a fresh Stealth check. (If you wish to remain where you are or stealthily retreat, you may keep your old stealth roll, or roll a new one - your choice.)
You may also make a fresh Perception check as well.
But you don't get very far - perhaps 15 or 20 feet - when out of the brush creeps... Bryony.
You can see the hobgoblins ahead, examining the dead ogre. The dire wolf has its head cocked listening for sounds, sniffing the air... but it doesn't seem to catch any scent.
The smell of burning is still in the air. You can see a little smoke hanging in the clearing west of the ruins.
Syzygy cant hide the relief on his face as Byrony appears, then he looks above her head to see if Kimberley is close behind. “You’re ok!” He erupts in a whisper.
He almost jolts to hug her but is unsure remembering it was his little wizardly pantomime and sleep spell plan that further put the humble halfling in unnecessary danger…again.
“Is the healer ok?” He asks He says with a raised eyebrowless brow, unsure if a joke was an appropriate thing to break the tension.
Jurgen goes up to Byrony to give her a hug, pauses a second, then continues to give a hug anyways. "I was so worried. I'm glad you are OK." Looking about, "Oh, no. Where's Kimberley?""
Bryony spots Syzygy creeping through the brush, and her eyes light up. She rushes toward the others, accepting Jurgen's hug. She hugs Syzygy and Quinn as well.
"They've still got her!" says Bryony unhappily. "She helped me escape. They've got a dwarf with them too. I think it's Gundren!"
As does Syzygy, begrudgingly

Jurgen will suggest to Quinn and Syzygy to go head towards Byrony. Presuming they agree, Jurgen will move to intercept Byrony.
In his mind he makes a note to establish a non-descript sound so that they can find each other in a similar circumstance.

The party begins to approach the battle from the top of the low wooded hill, quietly, under the cover of the thin brush.
You approach to within 120 feet of the raging battle. You see no sign of Bryony.
