Two of the goblins find great humor in the falling colorful dust, and collapse in fits of laughter.
The flames continue to spread rapidly through the webbing. The two trapped goblins squirm in panic as the flames quickly approach them. DC15 STR Saves: 19, 1
The two big goblins near Jurgen and Bryony conjure their own psychic blades, and wield them against the party with deadly speed. Big goblin #3 (bloodied) and big goblin #5 set their sights on Jurgen and Bryony:
#3 Psychic Blade #1 vs. Bryony. Melee Attack: 17. Hit: 8 psychic damage, and Bryony must subtract 3 from the next attack roll or saving throw she makes before the end of the goblin’s next turn. #3 Psychic Blade #2 vs. Bryony. Melee Attack: 19. Hit: 14 psychic damage, and Jurgen must subtract 3 ... #5 Psychic Blade #3 vs. Jurgen. Melee Attack: 23. Hit: 12 psychic damage, and Jurgen must subtract 1 ...
(If you get hit by more than one, take the worst penalty, but they do not stack.)
A goblin in the back kicks its prone, laughing comrade out of the way to take two unarmed swings (with slightly glowing fists) at Boona before Disengaging and stepping back: Unarmed Strike #1 vs. Boona: 19. Hit: 5 bludgeoning damage plus 6 psychic damage. Unarmed Strike #2 vs. Boona: 16. Hit: 6 bludgeoning damage plus 3 psychic damage.
One of the goblins tears itself free from the webbing and flees to the back of the room. (The other remains stuck.)
Everyone affected by that last psychic blast (including two of the goblins) manage to finally shake it off. The two laughing goblins attempt to shake off their own effects: DC15 WIS Saves: 5, 8
Seeing the massive hits Bryony has just taken, Fergus moves to just north of her and in range of one of the goblins she is fighting (or if there isn’t room, then to her southeast).
He then reaches out and touches her, granting her a measure of healing and encouraging her, “Stay in the fight!” as he elbows the adjacent goblin.

With time of the essence, Jorzu ducks under Boona's legs and past the goblin that's reeling from the earlier psychic attack to a tiny alcove. He grabs his oversized walking stick and tosses it over the still laughing goblin. It hits the floor with a crack and seems to wobble. Hugo quickly grows to size and stares, unblinking, at the only upright goblin in reach. It simultaneously strikes with lightning fast fangs and tail, biting and attempting to immobilise its prey.
As Hugo looks to dine on goblin, Jorzu crushes a yellowish bead in his hand. He disappears in yellow mist before reappearing in the space next to a dead goblin. The yellow mist swirls around the incapacitated goblin, partially obscuring its view of Boona.
M - squeezes through Boona's space and past the frozen goblin (difficult terrain?) to the triangular space on the W edge.
A - throws his walking stick and summons Hugo. Commands Hugo to attack the S most goblin (no action required)
BA - uses Steps of the Fey: Taunting Step to give Disadvantage to the now frozen (but most likely unfrozen next round) goblin with a WIS15 save. He reappears in the square directly to the right of his starting position.
Hugo's attacks;
Bite: 11 Damage: 6
Hug: STR14 save or 18 bludgeoning damage and be Grappled.
Quinn shakes off the attack on his psyche and glares at the goblin in front of him, marking it as his prey. Quinn erupts and pummels the goblin with two strikes from Lightbringer.
Bonus Action: Cast Hunter's Mark on the goblin in the stairwell.
Attack 1:18 to hit (16 + 2 from bardic inspiration) for 20 damage (11 + 2 Hunter's Mark + 7 Colossus Slayer)
Attack 2: 24 to hit for 12 damage (IF Attack 1 missed, attack 2 damage will be 17 due to Colossus Slayer)
NOTE: Target is sapped and has disadvantage on their next attack roll

Bryony briefly goes unconscious from the onslaught of strikes from the goblins' strange psychic blades, but luckily Fergus is there with healing magic, which washes over her body like a warm bath, knitting her wounds back together. She gives her fellow halfling a grateful glance before attempting to get some revenge on the goblins who tried to murder her!
Shortsword - Nat 20 (is this still affected by the -3 from the goblin attacks? I'm assuming no because it's a nat 20 but let me know otherwise and I'll change the results!) for 17 piercing damage (includes sneak attack) and target is Vexed for dagger attack
Dagger - 22 (was 25 but subtracted -3 from goblin attack) to hit for 5 piercing damage
Boona takes two massive swings at the no-longer-incapacitated goblin. They directly strike. Bones crunch, flesh flies (51 damage!) Somehow it is still alive, if barely.
Fergus delivers some healing and a bit of inspiration to Bryony.
Jurgen conjures a shimmering shield of arcane protective force around him before swinging at the big goblin to the east with his blade dripping with green flames. With a small smirk, the goblin conjures its own shimmering shield of psychic force, stopping Jurgen's blade.
Jorzu conjures his enormous snake, sending a fresh wave of confusion and chaos through the goblins on the west. The brawler to the south dodges the snake's bite, and attempts to dodge its powerful grip: DC14 Strength Saving Throw: 1
Quinn swings at the goblin next to him on the stairs, but like Jurgen's foe, it deflects his first swing with a shimmering shield of pure thought. But Quinn connects on the second blow, sending it reeling. It's seriously wounded, but not yet out.
Bryony crumples but then stands back up. She sinks two blades into her foe. It is very badly wounded.
The goblin brawler is grappled and bloodied by the massive snake. It struggles to break free: DC14 STR Save: 8
The fire continues to spread through the webbing, setting the trapped, shrieking goblin ablaze. It takes 5 fire damage.
The two prone, laughing goblins try to compose themselves. DC15 WIS Saves: 6, 2

Badly burned, the little goblin escapes both flames and webbing. It fires its shortbow at Jurgen: Shortbow vs. Jurgen: 13. Hit: 8 piercing damage.
The brawler, screaming, remains firmly in the serpent's tightening grip.
The laughing goblins continue to remain on the floor, unable to stop their convulsions.
Big Goblin #4 lashes at Boona with its Psychic Blade, undistracted by Jorzu's antics: Psychic Blade #1 vs. Boona: 19. Hit: 9 psychic damage, and Boona must subtract 3 from the next attack roll or saving throw he makes before the end of the goblin’s next turn. Psychic Blade #2 vs. Boona: 19.
